90%吧。

I know you know something, but you could not explain it clearly.
here I have two simple scenarios, hopefully help both of us to illustrate
our points. only simple algebra involved here, should be trivial for someone
with an MIT background):
In the first scenario, assuming one's average commute distance is 20miles
one way. assuming the highway is fully occupied, 2% of the drivers keep 100m
ahead, and the rest 98% keep 10m ahead. assume everyone drives at constant
