I don't know.
Maybe some neurons like pyramidal cells.
If it's astrocyte, it should not limited to cortex.

astrocyte.

I think it is normal for a first upregulation of MAP2 and then decrease
during astrocyte development.
I am not an expert, just guessing.

研究论文。该研究揭示了抑郁症发生新机制--星形胶质细胞ATP释放异常,并为抗抑郁
药的研究提供了新思路。
抑郁症是最为常见的心境障碍,以其高发病率、高复发率并伴有严重自杀倾向,已

Hygromycin浓度偏高了。你有没有先做一下kill curve找出合适的antibiotic浓度?
合适的hygromycin通常在10-30 ug/mL
合适的puromycin通常在0.3-1 ug/mL

5小鼠神经干细胞,想分化成neuron, 用beta III tubulin 染色, 发现比例非常低,
大多数细胞都是GFAP+ astrocytes。 而且第四,五天开始,细胞开始死亡,有凋亡小
泡。分化用的medium是前人留下的配方,neurobasal A + B27 + 1% HI-FBS + 2mM
Glutamax + 0.5uM RA。每天换一半液。
折腾两个月了。。。求指教

我今天又看了看,加了RA的孔细胞死的非常多,没加的基本只有很少量的死亡。看来是
RA的问题。我会试试GDNF和BDNF
我听说神经干细胞分化不处理的baseline都有15-20%会变成neuron,这个是指的primary
还是cell line? 我怎么感觉我这个primary NSC没这么高啊

最近查询文章,发现跟帕金森病相关的LRRK2研究一个有趣现象,其中有一篇是现任北
理工的庆宏教授发表的LRRK2能够直接结合a-Synuclein并且磷酸化Serine-129位点。
但是后续大量的综述讨论的时候提到他这篇文章时说this is the only one paper
show LRRK2 can phosphorylate S129-synuclein。我看他发表的这篇BBRC已经被引用
快超100次了,如果文章的结论有问题,那岂不是严重阻碍了关于LRRK2-G2019S的研究
