二个方案的第一部分就成功了。今天我来写一个傻瓜攻略。
问题：

2008年底软破解,装了HBC and Backup_Launcher。
后来就没有下载游戏了，都是买正版的。
前几天新买的wii party要求升级。
如果用Backup_launcher load出现002 error

astute给的第二个连接里的NeoGamma已经不是最新，而且论坛没有权限不能下载。最新
