手机不在家里打911，应急人员应该往你家里跑，还是往你出事地点跑？VoIP同样，虽
说大部分情况，你的ATA放在家里，但ATA换个其他有网络的地方，照样可以打911，你
说这个时候你magicjack打出的911，应急人员也往家里跑？ |

asterisk/ATA 都可以用。我在家是 asterisk + ATA 接上，在外面用手机打
接入号像一般电话卡一样用。网上回拨的话算双倍分钟数(2 legs) 所以我不用回
拨。
永不过期，在线查通话记录,pinless 这些都该有的就不提了。
一次充值最少是 10 欧元+0.5 欧元的 handling fee, 约 13->15 USD.
你打 4 个月以后才开始 charge 钱所以比 voipzoom 便宜。有个帖子算实际
rate 平均下来大概是 0.24 cent/min。
注意这里 4 month free 是有 fair use policy 的，简单说是 7 天 moving
sum < 200 min 还是 400 min 我忘了, 用的比较狠超了以后按正常 charge，
我用了6 个月了, 还没有被 FUP 整过。
感兴趣可以去 voip club 看看详细。
当然，最便宜的还是给国内也装上 voip, 这样就无限免费对打了。 |

我一直用GV + Gizmo + ATA，网页发起一下，什么限制都没有，你就非要直接拨出才爽
？就算用Asterisk和FreePBX，也得弄台机器当服务器一直开着，那你还不如直接用

for incoming call, it is fine, however, for out-calling, the GV will call
back first and you need to answer the call at the 2nd line of x-lite, and
make out-calling. ( I use the simple dial plan mentioned in this article)

然后在我安装了硬盘驱动： Intel Matrix Storage Manager驱动程序
然后，按照程序，打开AHCI,
1.开机用管理员的身份登陆 Windows 操作系统.
2.双击您下载的驱动程序,驱动会解压缩到硬盘的以下位置:C:\DRIVERS\WIN\
IMSM.
3.先打开C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM\PREPARE目录, 双击install.cmd.
4.然后重启计算机并按F1进入BIOS,在Config—>Select Serial ATA (SATA)中把
选项改为AHCI，按F10保存退出.
但是之后，XP还是启动不起不来， 换为兼容模式后，XP系统运行，硬盘却出现：反应
很慢，
然后提示：【注册表故障恢复】必须使用记录或另一备份以恢复包含系统注册表暑假的
文件。恢复成功
这个情况怎样消除？谢谢 |
