你的帖子，我马上去借了推荐的health habits/babywhisper看了。可是结合实践了一
个多星
期，还是有好些问题不明白，非常希望mm能答疑解惑！
我家宝宝的情况：
今天12周整，有reflux（圣诞节后停药，至今没有什么明显吐奶和苦恼，所以决定停药
）。现用
EASY的3hr作息，但是正负1个小时，不能很准时做到（主要是因为睡觉问题，吃奶好控
制，睡觉
取决于宝宝，太难做到时间表的要求，比如1.5hr的nap或者7am起床）。
主要矛盾：
nap/bedtime is always a fight都需要哄睡,都要哭闹；nap只有30-45分钟。整体睡眠时
间果短12小时左右（为此还看过儿医，医生说体重正常不要紧，没有给与任何建议）
结合这些天的学习和实践，有以下问题请教mm：
1/ 什么样的哄睡方法正确？
我现在主要用的babywhisper推荐的pat/shh，但是如果在床上操作，宝宝总是顾左右而
言他，

mmap only need need one copy. read/write also validate the address passing
to kernel and checking atime/mtime of the inode...
and mmap transparently fault pages and read ahead and all other nasty jobs. |

If it is mount as read only. Then there are no write to the disk at all.
If it is mount as read/write. Then most likely there are some
write into the disk.
If the disk is ext3/ext4 did not disable the "atime" option.
The access time stamp will be modify on reading the file.
You can use find to find it.
The first thing you should do is "dd" the whole disk image
to a back up disk to save a snapshot.
