当初选了这个工作是因为离家近, 薪水也不错. 这个公司不是自己的第一选择,但是问
了一圈觉得口碑还不错, 想着可以照顾家里多些 就去了.
进公司的第二个月,老板给了我一个process optimization 的项目(我的职位不是项目
经理, 但是这个公司业务发展飞快, 大家都需要做一些项目), 目的是减少目前一个每
月要做的工作流程 from 8.5 days to 5.5 days. 我一开始不是很想做, 因为(1) 这个
项目有自己team 的同事们在做了, 但是大老板不满意进程和结果. 看我有six sigam
black belt 就叫我领导. (2) 我是新人不了解很多情况，做这个项目要领导现在的同
事做（他们已经在做了）， 一定会有冲突。（3） 老板说减少3 天完全是根据直觉，
没有检测过可行性。 但是因为新人，我最终只能接手。老板说use your fresh eye to
find the problem and solve them.

do not use any service from Pasadena DMV, it is the worst DVM that I have
ever come a cross. Take driving test at West Covina or Pomona just stay away
from Pasadena. The people at the counters are rude, and have atitude. Many
of my friend have same experience there and some are Caucasians that born
and grew up here.

them.
My point is: if you are a 76er's fan, I respect you.
But if you are a Anti-lakers type of fan, I think you are

and say "see, this is the change..". At 2008, she was 22 years old. For a
world top swimmer, this is almost the age to go downslope. Also she was
involved in naked pics and sex tapes. Her personal life was a mess and her

黑人女的市场很小的，因为他们很BOSSY，我本以为就那些AFRO-AMERICA 有ATITUDE，
但是没想到我们学校那个刚果来的黑人女孩也是说话特别的冲，人家稍微开一个玩笑她
们就和你较真，跟他们在一起交往真是合不来。我一个美国男性朋友也和我说黑人女生
太难伺候了。
我还认识一个田纳西的男的（白人），他对我说他永远不会和NIGGER交往的，我是哦为
什么，他说BLACK PUSSY LOL， 那我说亚洲人呢，他说：in this country, we dont
really cae about asians，换句话说他会和亚洲女人HOOK UP，但是绝对不会和黑人

I am in hedging so I guess you may find derivatives and hedging interesting.
A lot of math including sde/pde, also numerical topics including latices,
