280 ppm in earth's history. Ice core measurements clearly indicates prior
to industrial revolution, the CO2 concentration was around 280 ppm, normal
high for CO2 concentration in earth's inter-glacial warm period. Since then

很多人喷学大气的没什么专业知识。但是我敢说我们专业的数学物理计算机要求比很多
专业都要强。我们的核心课程就是流体力学，具体就是大气和海洋，虽然一般偏向大气。
如果你们看美国的院系设置，大气很多都是和海洋在一起的。atmospheric and
oceanic, 或者atmospheric and marine...本科毕业的时候，空军海军都会来招人，但
都没有人愿意去。因为大家都觉得又苦又没钱。我就有三四个同学现在还在海军和空军
。如果读到硕士和博士，更是没人会愿意去部队。如果去了，一开始肯定都是很重视的
。当然后面混的好不好，要看个人。
上面说的是大背景，就是想说军队方面的知识我不懂，但是我们的专业跟海军需要的某
些专业知识并不是风马牛不相及的，甚至可以说，是相当符合的。其次，我们一般认为
去部队是牺牲的。当然我不否认航母和辽宁舰可能是有明星效应的地方。

atmospheric change, it would have been on Nature or Science. Also the
kilometers of seawater is a tight seal for gas released from seafloor. Even

Methane get oxidized and become dissolved inorganic carbon which is in
equilibrium with atmosphere, sedimentary carbonate etc. That is why it's
hard to have co2 shooting out from the ocean into atmosphere without being
noticed. People are monitoring c Flux globally.
You have some reasonable doubt but those things have been studied and proved
very unlikely to give you the co2 rise at the current rate. Unless you

中国海洋报讯（记者 郭松峤）7月28日上午，国家海洋局在京召开老干部纪念建军
90周年座谈会。国家海洋局党组成员、副局长房建孟，原局长孙志辉，原副局长张宏声
、王飞，原纪委书记吕子耀、周茂平等120余人参加了座谈会。
房建孟代表国家海洋局党组对广大老干部表示慰问，对老干部为海洋、部队、国家
做出的突出贡献表示感谢。他指出，国家海洋局成立之初隶属于海军，人员的组成大部
分是军人，与军队有着不解之缘。建局53年来，国家海洋局与军方同耕一片海、共筑蓝
色梦，在维护海洋权益、海上联合调查、装备支援保障、人才交流等方面取得了丰硕成
果。今年，国家海洋局和海军又签署了军民融合创新发展战略合作框架协议，将在战略
规划、政策法规、综合保障、维权执法、人才培养等方面加强合作，不断拓展海洋领域
