间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
《联合国海洋法公约》事实上是海上强权刻意绑架世界各海洋国家让出一条不受每个国

从 1965 年 7 月起，由苏联人操作的 SA-2 导弹开始被部署在北越地区。为了对
抗这种性能极佳的地对空导弹，美国飞行员不得不降低飞行高度，其结果使他们更容易
被北越人民空军灵巧 米格-17 型战斗机拦截。到了该年年底，随着拥有 2.0 马赫级速
度和发射空对空导弹能力的 米格-21F-13 拦截机开始进入北越空军服役，越南人和美
国人在北越上空冲突的紧张程度被推向一个新的高度。而到了 1966 年的 4 月，北越
空军甚至拥有了更新式的 米格-21PF 型截击机。

前几天不有一个么
一架从夏威夷前往关岛的美联航波音777客机9日因机械故障迫降在太平洋中途岛附近的
荒僻小岛上。第二天，机上335名乘客和13名机组人员被送回夏威夷，随后搭乘另外一
架飞机前往关岛。
从地图上看，这个名叫Atoll 的小岛距夏威夷(檀香山)西北约2000多公里，曾是“
冷战”时期的美国海军基地。1996年后，这里只有60多名居民常驻并保养机场，当地慢
慢成为野生鸟类、海龟和海豹的天堂。
经历了迫降的乘客介绍说，在飞机起飞约5小时后，大家发现空乘的神色开始紧张
起来，机舱里也能闻到焦煳气味。一些胆小的乘客开始大声祷告祈求平安。在飞机着陆
后，乘客们被送到一座废弃体育馆内暂住。
对本次代号为201的航班乘客来说，能在“中途岛”平安迫降，成了“独一无二”
