最严重的时候手又疼又硬，拳头都捏不了。
看了家庭医生和皮肤科医生，说是atopic dermatitis, aczema.
两次看医生，都配了类固醇。
20MG的，第一次是每天吃3颗，连吃5天。
第二次皮肤科医生配的，前5天吃2颗，后五天吃1颗。
总的来说就是药吃下去了，就开始退了。
药剂一下去，或者是停药，泡泡们就又开始慢慢蔓延。
这样反反复复已经有2、3个月了。
我知道类固醇常吃不好。而且我吃了之后，人会浮肿，好像胃口也会大。
dermotologist说这个病基本上没办法治，只能靠类固醇控制？
明天去复诊，要跟他谈病情反复的问题。
我都不知道该怎么办。不可能就下半辈子这样过下去了吧。
湿疹好像挺常见的。不知道这里有没有病友？
有治好的吗？ 是怎么治的？
另外日常生活中需要注意什么预防的？
万一皮肤科医生硬说治不好的话，我要不要考虑去看中医？

到有一个老医生有秘方.很多人用了都有效.大部分能治愈.(应该没有激素,因为激素类
的药是不会治愈湿疹的).但是有人怀疑是否有重金属.请问在美国这里怎么可以查一种
外用药里的重金属成分呢?如果可以查,又不是太贵的话,可以先买一点.查了没事就可以
用了.

Google it, and see whether the patterns of rash match your description.
This condition is more common in kids, but can also be adult onset. You can

Pediatric Food Allergy and Eczema Program 并接受了food challenge的小孩 （125
out of 127）。这些小孩很多都有atopic dermatitis（96%的小孩），然后也在别的
诊所做了皮试和抽血试验，结果是他们对这些食品过敏，然后就避免这些食物。转到文
章中的诊所后，先给他们做适当的皮炎的治疗，再做的食物激发试验。
文章中的这些小孩的皮试和抽血很多结果是阳性的，但是food challenge证明他们其实
对这些食物并不过敏。我不知道这算不算out grow，还是这些小孩本来就不过敏。 |

冒几天过后，症状一般会好转的。
上面两个药俺给17个月小孩用过，但是人家是allergic rhinitis, moderate
