验室作2个月试验，发个摘要。得最高奖的那个，用mesothelin早期诊断胰腺癌，基本
没有实用价值。只要胰腺有点小问题的，像胰腺炎，囊肿等mesothelin有很多都会高。
如果推广，还把人吓死。
可能更多是奖励他的给一百多个实验室拒绝后还不罢休的精神。

章，并没有从理论上解释为什么把tag真正固定住了。但是从文章看，的确得到了很大
的PCS和RDC。
但是问题更有可能在cys的attachement， pH6。5，是否95％以上的蛋白都attach上tag
了？这个attachment是否非常稳定？我建议可以将样品做个MS（最好两次）。因为同一
个样品如果600和900的测量值如果和理论预测不一样，并且你确定谱的process没问题
的话。只有可能是样品随着时间发生了变化。虽然理论我不是很精通，但是我感觉
paramagnetic induced RDC的测量关键看样品。

self-funded plan，但也大多数都会买保险公司的medical stop loss insurance,不然
有几个large claim或者有个流行性的病得病的人多了可能就废了．针对个别人的large
claim的是specific stop loss,争对大面积发病的是aggregate stop loss. 一般公司
都会把两种都买了，或者有的specific stop loss产品加一个aggregate attachment
point.
这样下来提供stop loss的保险公司风险就在attachment point以上的部分，比如如果
时20万的specific attachment point,有个员工有血友病花了150万，公司只需要付20
万，剩下的130万就由保险公司来付．通常保险公司也会reinsure,比如让出(cede)一定
的保费给RGA这些Reinsurance company,把100万以上的部分由reinsurance company来

这是第11代卡罗拉，为了吸引更年轻的用户而非维持以往用户，继“Avalon”
及“RAV4”之后，丰田再次采用了个性强烈的外观设计。前脸以较扁的前大灯以及下部
带大开口的保险杠等为特点，并搭配大幅膨出的翼子板以及向后平缓下滑的C柱。
新款卡罗拉的外形尺寸为长4639×宽1776×高1455mm，与上代车型相比车长增
加99mm，车宽扩大16mm，但车高降低10mm。轴距为2700mm，比上代车型长100mm。由于

报告，久病成医，我总结下看报告的一些常见问题，除了看显而易见的title、事故、
里程数、几任车主等情况，carfax报告该怎么看？还有以下若干值得我们注意，有兴趣
您得耐着性子往下看：
以下纯属手打原创，欢迎转载，但请标明出处。
1. 关于title：
A. 有些carfax报告上提示只有一任车主，但实际上title代码有过几次更新，意味
着肯定不是一个车主了。carfax报告出现此种情况的原因未知，但提醒我们还是要仔细
看看报告
B. 有事故不代表title 不clean，非clean的特指水淹、火灾、丢失、严重事故后报
废、重新组装（在国内，重新组装车上路是犯法的）等情况，所以啊，别一看到事故心
先凉了！
C. 有同学看到只要有事故就不考虑了——钱多的当然可以如此！其实这种车潜在的
砍价幅度可能会更大。小剐蹭、轻微碰撞的历史一经被写进报告，就如同历史不再清白
，毕竟多数人只看有无事故而不关心事故大小，这就为车主卖车造成了不小的挑战！因

没有房间的那种。
刚刚做了房检。房子本身没有太大问题。房子本身曾翻修过。但是问题出在这个车库上
。inspector查出这个车库和房子attach的那面墙的sill plate 有termite damage. 后
来他又发现车库的别的墙的sill plate也有termite damage的痕迹。但是房子本身，除
了和车库连接的那面墙的sill plate有termite damage之外，其它的sill plate都是新
木头。这个sill plate是在地基上支撑骨架的木头。
inspector讲最好的办法是打开车库的dry wall，然后看看到底有多严重。然后把坏掉
的sill plate 换掉。他没有给我们估价要多少钱修复。但是，房子的卖主已经说不同
意打开车库的dry wall.
请问在这种情况下，我们应该怎么办呢？我们应该walk away吗？还是可以要求卖方提
供discount呢？ 但是目前情况下，因为他不愿意打开车库的dry wall做进一步的

让我马上寄。我没看到他的email有attachment，就立马在FedEx关门前寄出。到今天下
午，钱都没有showup 即使是"pending payment"。然后他说要3-5天才能到帐。我说你那么晚付钱，货你今天到，应该pricematch your latest price。然后察看attachment，发现他的数目少了。神医就怒了，说把我的货运寄给我。我说好，你寄回来，我要验货。然后如果收到你的钱，才退钱。要不然你得付清，至少那短的$232，加上你付钱晚了，需要再加上pricematch的$14。然后他竟然说，不付不寄，要我把他那不知什么时候才会到帐的钱退给他才把我的货寄回。
此神医：
email把scheduled billpaid当成ALREDY PAID 骗我寄货。也不告诉有attachment让我
察看---这我有部分责任，手机看到他说付了就信任他说的，不料是个scheduled to
pay，而且还少了$232。 |
