康与镜像理论”
正如，杨老师说的，拉康是用一种哲学化的方式发挥了弗洛伊德的本我，自我，超我
，在拉康那里，变成了镜像，心像，还有主体。
我自己的理解是：
我们是通过镜像来看世界，我们看世界总是有一面无形的镜子，而且意识不到。
笼统的说，镜像可以理解为在他人的形象，或者自己对他人的想象或者幻想，这种形象
经过转化，比如，一次认同，二次认同，会转化为我们的心像，进一步“反转”，变成
我们的主体。
更通俗一点的说，我们看他人不仅是在看他人，在会在看他人的过程当中建构自己。
从中摘录了一些笔记，或许对题主理解拉康的“镜像理论”有用：
1、他者是建立主体的第一步
2、主体：（从拉康思想来看）
主体是建构的，被培养的，被环境培养的，因为被培养的环境不同，所以，不同时代的
人趣味冲突，代沟也就出现了。
主体， 镜像，心像，三者之间的关系，就如同婴儿看镜子行为当中：”观察者，被观
察者，观察结果，”三者的关系。
3、异化
镜子中的反像构成自我的主体
社会有时要强制形成自我的主体，这样人的自我冲突越来越多。

后来人有帮助。很多时候我们尽自己最大的努力去准备，结果如何，交托上帝手中，将
一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念我们。相信或走或留，有神同在，都会走出一条恩典之
路来。
1. DIY 还是找律师？
各有利弊。我两年前申请NIW时的时候找了律师，律师帮忙写的推荐信。这次申请EB1A
是DIY，主要原因是律师不肯接，理由是引用不过100，把握不大。想想有了NIW的经验
，推荐信再改改，DIY的难度应该不大，于是就DIY了。在DIY的过程中，感觉对于相对
来说比较弱的case，DIY肯定比律师来弄把握更大，因为只有自己最了解自己，也对于
自己的申请更上心，更能挖掘出闪光点。如果你的case很强，属于肯定能过的，找律师
肯定更省心。下面的可以不用看了。

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。
