标 题: power of atterney 能DIY么？

国内的房产想在这边做一个power of atterney让一个国内的人代理。这样的power of
atterney能自己diy么？还是必须找律师走这个程序么？律师似乎什么文件都不需要出
就是帮忙寄资料而已。
申请人是美国国籍，在美国，代理人是中国国籍，在中国，房产在中国。请问那里有例
子能follow:) |

这大过节的，真是非常令人气愤。

the closing costs are:
Atterney fee: about $700-1000
Loan origination fee: varies, few hundreds
Points: if necessary, usually 1 or 2 percent of loan amount
Value assessment for bank: maybe few hundreds like $300-500
title insurance: depends on the sold price. there is a formula and google
it.

给REALTOR 说反悔，她说需要我们的律师发信CANCEL，她做不了。
是真的么？让律师发信是不是就算正式雇佣该律师，需要支付小时费（300/小时）了？

will be free of charge (with hard evidence).
Just tell seller agent/lawyer that you don't want

cancelation letter to the seller. The lawyer know how to write such shitty
letter. don't worry.
the cost for you: about $200-300 for the attorney. it is worth it. You must
hire an attorney to that. it has nothing to do with your agent.
you can do now is: ask your attorney to cancel this deal and pay him $300.
千万不要心疼这300块钱。也算个教训，下次看房看仔细了。。。

attorney only comes into play at closing in PA, unless you want an attorney
review before you sign the contract (this is not required in PA). I know
this is different in NJ.

if you have agent and lawyer to help you on the way, your title insurance
would rarely be a problem, and the seller i believe is thinking you are
making excuses not to buy the house after your offer is accepted and is long
passed due date
your husband's being absent is not an excuse either, coz you can easily have
a power atterney set up before he left, and you can sign everything for him.

我也不知道我的agent为何一直强调用他推荐人的重要性，要我trust他
