穿衣服很随便，我那天穿了michael kors的distressed jeans，他只看了我一眼就说，
not that。
于是我去英国，差不多就只带了正式的business attire。连周末玩的时候穿的衣服，
也比较正式。结果星期一一去上班就发觉穿得过头儿了，剩下几天，天天琢磨着dress
down，：）
我前面住的两家hotel，都只有烫裤子的东西，不知道大家的衣服都怎么办了。——我
在伦敦最后一晚住在机场的希尔顿（terminal 5的那家），终于看见普通的蒸汽烫斗和
烫衣板，还专门拍照。
觉得伦敦穿平底鞋的女孩儿比想象中的要多，也可能因为我遇到的大部分人都是游客吧。 |

women, which usually means a short dress (preferably not career wear). I
prefer a little black dress -- and depending how formal you think the event
is, you can glam it up with accessories. Of course you have lots of leniency
in what you wear -- a dressy pantsuit, a lovely skirt and top, etc.
Everyone interprets the meaning of dress requests differently. |

生差钱儿，不用太好，中规中矩就可以。
其实关于何谓职业装我都没什么概念。白衬衫，黑色一步裙，丝袜，不露脚指头的皮鞋
？是不是夏天的职业装大概就是这个概念？颜色上可不可以稍稍有些变化，比如说淡粉
、淡黄、淡绿、或月白上衣？

有课会讲这些。面试宁愿OVER DRESSED也不能不够正式。没人会因为太正式而不给
OFFER，可是太多太多公司会因为不够正式直接刷下，等工作的人一岔一岔的，其实才
出校门大家条件都差不多
买正装去ANN TAYLOR，有钱的买THEORY
要愿意花时间逛去MARSHALL，TJMAX，反正正装１０前的款都差不多 |

总长度60多mile,折合下来算metric century

主要是沿着2号angeles crest hwy上,到angeles forest hwy左转然后下山绕回来
参加者需要至少有road bike一辆,必备头盔,水应该至少3升(运动饮料)
absolutely no cotten attire!!!
不推荐walmart级别mountain bike,并非gear歧视,而是那个级别的车的确不适合
走公路上山加长途,速度和骑road bike可能相差太远,无法keep up pace
我知道LA版潜水的也有很多自行车爱好者,希望能找出几个一起参加
也许比我们水平高很多,也可以一块玩多个伴

发帖数: 1607 | 39 最关键的是这种邀请活动，都是类似私密club性质。这根本不是钱的问题。男士被接受是成功的标志，奋斗的象征。类似说rolls royce，想掏钱买还要接受背景调查。
取决于被邀请的st louis名媛档次，应该要细分marketing。
假定说是出身学校都是至少中部的big 10，甚至是wash u, u chicago这种pretigious学校毕业的，在st louis都是每天要穿business attire上班，市值10B以上的大型公司。
这就是一个代表层次的club了。代表大st louis地区华人女生的顶级水准。
这个应该是对男生要有refer才能进入的小圈子。活动都是应该去买一个请帖，mail到家。里面都要列清楚活动穿着的dressing code。
然后有资格接受邀请的都是st louis的IT精英；health care的研发人员； banking。

如果一定要有个主题，就是who is banker。所以特别希望有在st louis银行，证券交
易之类financial service行业的人士参加。不然就黄了。
其他年龄不限，性取向不限。着装按饭店要求。注意准时到达。
financial service行业的希望能穿上班的business attire。倒不是说我们WS有制服控
，主要是希望大家有个比较完整的了解。
至于饭后，是个人自己的事情。不在本活动范围内。本次吃饭如果能成功，第一是不准
备公开报道；第二是绝对没有录像。同时因为在外国餐馆，私密保护应该相对较好。
金融界人士，尤其是女士可以使用english name。男生愿意交往，不管是以后希望有金
融问题咨询，还是其他的，可以发自己名片。
女生还有要求，我们能做到的一定做到。不要闷声不响黑我们的血汗４０１K。就是让
我们死都死个明白。钱都跑哪去了。
另，时间能挪到下周末吗？一个是我有事，还有就是目前看没有金融的人来报名啊。

回想起来一切都源于今天上班穿了件黑色礼裙，有点紧，后面开口有点大，但是1不短2
不低胸，完全符合business attire。基本没有化妆，不过有比较艳的口红，也算点缀
一下一身黑。。
下班直接去买的菜，脚上还是很不搭的人字拖。。。
没想到超市大叔极为热情：“哎呦，美女好久不来了。。。”
“哎呦，美女今天非常漂亮啊，都快认不出了（天地良心，姐就把头发披下来，秀出那
温柔的大卷发而已。。。）”
众工作人员热情起哄，搞的姐买个菜都很不好意思。。
亮点在这里：
买完后，某大哥来了一句，美女以后经常来，我们给你打折。。
然后，赫然发现，收银小哥真的给我打！折！了！！。。。
唉，姐真的是老客户，以前都是套着大tshirt或者套头衫来，从来没有此待遇，看来穿
对衣服很重要！ |
