总结一下前半年residents之间complain比较多的是intern的基本知识，是不是能比较
快上手，和attitude。后半年是intern是否efficiency，independence，和attitude。
Floor的工作繁忙，intern任务艰巨，resident也不轻松，承担更大responsibility，
如果intern能够独立完成指派的各项工作，不耽误时间，不要让resident反过来帮你干
intern的活，恭喜你肯定能pass。在此基础上明白为什么follow up，为什么call
consult，及时update senior，干活有眼色，始终以好的attitude接人待事，恭喜，你
肯定是不错的intern。
