发帖数: 140 | 1 上周二做完inspection，周四收到报告，周一一早我们的attny发给对方，大致列举了7
、8项内容。因为当时合约同时sold as is but with structural and environmental
contingency。我们的realtor几乎每天都会去跟对方跟进一下。昨天回了话说明确两样
东西不修了。因为chimney有mortar damage，涉及到structural，我们让realtor去问
清楚，对方realtor貌似不满了，发对方邮件跟我们realtor说：
I sent you an outline to show we are moving aggressively to investigate
numerous areas. It is the right of every seller to seek professional
opinions before making any responses. Going forward I feel it appropriate

发帖数: 140 | 3 我们耐心等待。我们其实就是想有个back up，要万一万一这个黄了，好给其他上的房
子马上下offer，就不会耽误时间了。
这个seller跟他的realtor经常干一些让让无语的事情，找的attny还是兼职的（人家的
全职工作是法官），paralegal每周三还不上班。。。
哎呀，我们realtor真是大好人啊，她一大早给我邮件说“I was thinking of you two
and how much u guys want a home. I don't usually do this cause it really is
not right....but.....since it could be a while before we get final report,
yes, let's see some other homes”。这个中年大妈虽然话唠一点，但是还是个热心
人。 |

发帖数: 1365 | 4 有人知道休斯敦作贷款有rebate么？问了两个人，都说没有。只是贷款交给公司的一部
分可以waiver.
贷20万的话，不算其它的，processing，underwriting, funding，Doc prep/Attny这部
分的closing cost要一千三左右。 |
