达到所谓的275/285
CDI才能测试真正的磁盘能力，这个持续读写并不奇怪，比较奇怪的是QD1 4K的速度，
即使在GC态也应该有20/30,10附近太低了
可以用HD TUNE测一下4K IOPS看有没有8000 |

发帖数: 1114 | 3 这个讨论过几百遍了，OCZ SSD用的是压缩写入的技术，CDM benchmark不能很好的支持
这种机制的测试。ATTO的能较好体现出比较正确的benchmark. （话说用CDM的0 fill或
者1 fill也能得到类似结果). (老的Vertex 2还是很不错的。我的Vertex 2 120G 用来
快一年顺序读写还都保持在250+MB/S.)
或者你直接用win7 console下硬盘测试命令直接测试:
winsat disk -ran -read -drive c -count 1 -iocount 256 -ransize 4096
winsat disk -ran -write -drive c -count 1 -iocount 256 -ransize 4096

我先发现window的评分硬盘这一项只有5.9，看大家一般都接近7，我就下了些软件测试。
测试发现读取速度很稳定，应该也就是正常的。可是写入速度很奇怪。CDM 50MB的时候
，结果还看得过去，可是500MB的写入速度就惨不忍睹了。ATTO同时也看得出同样的问
题。
我不懂SSD，我想会不会是因为第一个买这个机器的人当时在SSD上写了大量的文件，导
致SSD性能下降（导致写小文件比大文件速度快）。我虽然recover了系统但是SSD还是
没有全部重置（都写成0）？
本来买个笔记本想提高工作效率的，可这耽误了好些时间了。
各位懂点的给点意见啊，如果大家认为正常，我也就不再管了。
或者大家认为有什么办法可以提高的，比如把SSD重新全部写0？具体怎么做呢？
或者就是硬件问题？那我就退了，即使要收15%restocking fee。

映射了个盘用atto测试了下，不能满速，freenas得zfs效能确实有问题，不过还堪用就
是了。服务器的配置是L5520+24G内存+ESXi，freenas的虚拟机分配了2个core和4G内存
。硬件应该没有瓶颈 |

同样的程序，
如果读local文件，速度基本跟硬盘速度匹配。
在高速硬盘上接近200MB/s 也是可以实现的。
但是同样的硬盘，如果通过LAN windows shared folder文件来读取，
则速度降到20MB/s - 40MB/s左右。
不管硬盘有多快。
但是同样的网络映射盘，用ATTO 等 硬盘测速软件测速则没有问题。
传输速度基本可以接近gigabit 网络极限
(around 80MB-90MB/s)
只有java 程序不行。
试过bufferredInputStream, 但是FileChannel更快一些。
另外，Java7, Java8也比Java6几乎快一倍。（我指网络文件读取performance）
但是最快也就是40MB-50MB/s左右了。再也快不起来了。
读慢，但是写的速度居然正常！
正常的意思是说，java向网络硬盘写入文件的速度，可以达到跟其它测速软件相当的速
度。
即可以达到或接近gigabit LAN的极限。

can come up with a way to amplify proteins, s/he will be very rich.
High throughput: you can do thousands of MALDI-TOF in one day.
sensitivity: MRM constantly detect compounds with low atto-molar
concentration.
Quantitation: a handful of ways to do that. But you've gotta respect the
chemistry. For DNA/RNA, you only have a few different n.a. while for
proteins, you have 20 a.a.
