所以整个交易里面buyer agent，seller agent都不会站在我这边，所以我感觉得找个
attorney至少能帮我分析一下contract
title这个不是根据房价/房子估价定死的吗？难道里面有猫腻？另外，请问难道可以不

dual agent.现在问我们是否放10%down payment作为deposits after attorney review
, 我们觉得应该在房子做完检查之后在付更稳妥， 万一inspection 有什么问题， 我
们还要找对方律师要钱岂不是很麻烦？ 可agent说这是标准作法，请问新泽西的童鞋你
们是怎么做的呢? 如果我们坚持在房屋检查后付款是否对那下这个offer不利呢？ 在

发帖数: 388 | 7 楼上说的对 ，一般14天后付款（2nd deposit)。但是如果因为inspection后双方未达
成协议，最后要取消的话，会退款。我们的卖家比较急，只给了我们几天。
如果合同取消，到时候我们损失的就是attorney review的费和各种inspection的费。
当然我们现在还在inspection阶段，还没付呢。希望一切顺利。

单子22350 unsafe speed。限速30说我开41，也没给我看测速的laser gun，单子上车
子的body type还写错了，安全速度那栏一开始写的40，可以明显看到涂改成了30，这
