出生证明公证书 （复印件）. i m not sure if the officer lost my copy or he/
she wants the orignial notarization.

of that？i appreicate if you can share your experience.
also，i didnt use an attorny for my gc appications. is it safer to get a

Or the girl's University will report it to SEVIS and revoke her F1 visa...
then, the girl would have to have someone to reinstate the F1...but it would
be very TROUBLESOME...Attorneies would not take such cases since F1
reinstatement is directly deal with F1 visa with school system (SEVIS), and
attornies are not familiar with such cases.

这么个情况找一般的律所咨询下来多少预算比较合理？

走到这一步, 千万不要公事公办, 大老板能混到这种级别的, 都是心狠手辣之辈, 公事
公办只能更难看, 不要主动提起attorny, 那是给自己找麻烦.
手上最好的牌是过去的贡献/team/人情/connection这些, 一定要主动提的是: non-pay
time-off/vacation, 这样可以尽量呆在payroll上.在payroll上的话, benefit就会自
动有了. 如果不是你在工作中得罪过大老板, 或者他的部门预算超级紧张, 大部分的
boss都会在职责允许范范围内帮你一下, 他不会去主动多招惹一个敌人, 虽然多一个他
也不会怕就是了. 很多industry不大, 他也不想逼你到墙角.
最后, 千万stay composed,越冷静,你出错的可能越小. 当然说道容易做到难, 不过男
人就是这么成长的. |

recently approved 140.
这个sr2先是说他只能帮我处理我的case，我ld的case必须再打一次电话。
然后问我要140的case#，给了他之后告诉我我作为beneficiary不能要求transfer，只
有petitioner (公司）或者attorny 才能打电话要求transfer. 写信的话也要公司或者
律师才行。我问邮件行不行，他好像不清楚的样子。
最后他说可以帮我open一个service request, 查询我485的状态，2周后会收到email。
这个回复和我从版上了解到的不同。我感觉这个sr2可能级别较低，对于降级经验较少
。请问版上有没有其他人也遇到类似的情况说只有公司才能要求transfer/relink 485?
另外这个sr2说给我开一个service request,这样的话我是否2周内就不能再打电话给
uscis作sr了？我打算明天接着打电话要求降级。。。 |

房子的地址是newton，报价也是newton的
newton school system里面也有这个房子
买这样的房子将来会出什么问题吗？比如说2个小孩，一个去newton, 一个去waltham.
那可就亏大了。agent和attorny说这个没问题，有很多房子都这样，只要newton
school system里有就行，再有保证小孩睡在newton界内就行。

其次，多大程度上有必要雇佣独立的buyer attorny? 价格一般需要多少钱？
最好，title search部分，我被告知我只将拿到一个certificate of title search，
能保证从现在到closing期间的title issue （closing之后就是我的owner title
insurance)，但是我不会有什么tile search report。这个正常吗？ |

的关, 最后也都集中在病理, 年薪在15-18万. 但比较一下以前的付出和时间, 同龄
人成功的也可能在此薪酬范围内. 还有一条路是最近有人实践的, 学完生化或药后
去读LAW SCHOOL, 然后成为大药厂或其他公司的patent lawer或其他attorny, 我知道
