上周末的上涨，不知道是short squeeze，还是market 看涨。ER是相当mixed，虽然Q3
beat得很厉害，但全年的rev guidance 降了，同时profit margin 和EPS 又调高了。
太阳是否触底反弹还不清楚。FSLR 16.9%的short interests，short squeeze应该还会
继续。

dhs可能有权利直接通过这个规定，不需要修改已有的法律 - 相比之下，增加h1b名额

里面建议大家去给意见和留言。我想怎样能够集中统一意见然后发到网站上面呢？
我没有spouse，所以spouse那条我不会有太多想法。我是想知道大家对eb1降低要求有
什么看法？
其实，eb1降低要求对我们中国大陆出生的人有很大的好处。
每年eb2系列的申请人中，中国大陆出生的只是稍微多于绿卡配额。如果eb1降低要求，
有些过了NIW还没有到现在EB1水平的申请者就可以升级，从而降低了eb2的中国队列（
甚至有可能current）。只有有人怀疑eb1可能要排队。说实话，eb1真没有多少人申请
，如果eb1同时也是按出生地配额的话（不是中印捆绑），那eb1-c就不要担心太多排队
的问题。
至于spouse工作的问题，如果广大老中都可以co-current了，那现在提倡的这个spouse
政策不对老中有利（只对烙印spouses）有利。

public tranportation not only makes a city greener, but also makes it more
livable and sustainable. having to drive 15 minutes every time you need to
buy eggs and milk, that's kind of a sad and boring suburban life.
Look at real world class cities, ie NYC, London and Paris, and you will know
real great cities don't need automobiles because they are walkable.

to mention the elementailist and mesmer :)
AoE is major damage output in fighting group mobs... to single boss...
