了众多开发商的青睐，房地产调查网站Property Shark近期公布纽约市最贵的50个社区
，华人聚居的法拉盛、森林小丘、白石镇与新鲜草原等皆入榜，皇后区正日益贵族化。

报告显示，在全市50个价格最贵的社区中，皇后区占了12个，其中排名第10的是森
林小丘，其房屋售价的中位数是1,525,000元，是排名前十中两个非曼哈顿社区中的一
个，另一个是布碌仑的登波区 (DUMBO)。
报告还显示，在这12个社区中，华裔聚居的社区就有多个，除排名第10的森林小丘
外，还有法拉盛地区的百老汇 (Broadway)、白石镇的Malba、新鲜草原 (Fresh
Meadows)、法拉盛的Queensboro Hill与临近莫瑞山和贝赛的Auburndale，其中，百老
汇和Malba分别排在第28和第30名，百老汇的房屋售价中位数是944,000元，而Malba则
是932,500元。

neck. 大概25分钟到曼哈顿 penn station. 2020年以后还会开始停 grand center。

World's heaviest woman turned record slimmer dies
AUBURNDALE, Florida (AP) -- Rosalie Bradford, who held records for being the
world's heaviest woman and for losing the most weight, has died. She was 63.
Bradford weighed 1,050 pounds in January 1987, according to the 1994
Guinness Book of Records. She lost 736 pounds to weigh 314 pounds in
September 1992, according to the record book.
She died Wednesday at a hospital in Lakeland, about 10 miles from her
