今天约尔格.德慕斯钢琴演奏会,大师的演奏会真的很好。大师年龄那么大,能这样
坚持自己的爱好,我尊重感动,也很荣幸能听到大师的演奏会。
中间正在演奏的时候,导师给我来电,我以为有急事,但是还是按掉了电话,不想打
扰任何人。等到大师返场的时候,我弯着腰,低着头打算走出去,尽量减少自己的存在感
,不想打扰别人。在快到门口,然后一个又高又大的外国人狠狠的把我推到了地上,手很
痛,之前摔伤的膝盖又再次磕伤,直接推到撞到另一排的椅子。我很愤怒,但是并不想影
响其他人,于是我走到门外找到工作人员要求散场的时候必须要让他给我道歉,工作人员
可以给我作证我真的是尽力不影响到别人。
我知道肯定是我出来的时候干扰到人家,在这里向被我打扰的人真心道歉,真是有
事。但是对于一个小女生,而且是尽量不想叨扰到别人的人,你如此大力气的欺负一个女
生,你良心何安,而且,作为一个尊重大师的人,你在他的演奏会大声喧闹,并且打人,
是否是真的尊重?

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧,而
且都是学术圈的,已有reference一堆,其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外,美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪,拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

朋友的孩子听力有问题。我听说后,有点担心自己的孩子,我觉得有时候叫他他不应。
但是小孩子注意力不集中也是可能的。可是咱们保险好,看病不花钱,那我就要了测试
听力的电话,预约了一个,想费事赚个放心吧。
结果痛苦的经历开始了。
医生测了筛查那个,说没有问题。又给测了一个机器放声音,孩子举手的测试。孩子配
合不好。一会说耳朵难受,一会说头疼,反正孩子就是不配合。医生又用另外一个发声
波到耳朵的设备测了一下。说没有收到回波,看了孩子耳朵 说是里面有耳屎,让去家
庭医生那里清理。我回家也没当回事。觉得就是孩子太小不配合而已,没啥问题。毕竟
筛查都过了。
但是三天后医院来电话,让回去复查。我就匆忙约了家庭医生。家庭医生看了之后说,
耳屎太深,不用清 自己就出来了。我就带孩子又去测了听力。这次只测了举手那个测

干失聪)
一查书果然是。因此宝宝也有可能是内耳的信号穿不到脑干。所以必须同时看OAE和ABR
如果OAE正常,但是ABR有异常波,那就基本可以确诊是auditory neuropathy
那样也可以做cochlear implant,但是效果在学术界还有争议。
另外可以早点让孩子用Augmentive and alternative communication

纯visual learner还有个特点是比较内向,因为他做事的时候需要很focus
visual learner一般做研究员,技术员和分析员
auditory learner 比较外向,喜欢语言交流社会交流(灵长类的主要进化优势之一)
,这种人适合销售,管理等职位
visual learner一般是中等收入,auditory learner 是两极分化

I think you mean cochlea implant, which is a way to help
those people who suffer from disorders in the cochlea rather
than in the central nervous system and the auditory nerve is
partially intact (may have some degeneration though).
Cochlea implant uses direct electrical stimulation of the

听力检查的英文是Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)。检查时需要孩子保持安静,
所以经常会给孩子一些镇静的药。检查本身对大脑没有任何损害,它可以分辨出是听觉
通路上的哪个环节出了问题而导致的耳聋。如果不是听觉神经的问题,电子耳蜗是一个
很好的治疗手段,美国这边的电子耳蜗治疗比较成熟了,你可以咨询你的儿医。
总之,听力损伤在幼儿中是不少见的,你要尽快配合医生的检查治疗,不要错过了孩子

好的脉冲响应,等同于宽的频域响应。
上面的文章分析得很彻底了,人耳的生理构造能分辨的时域分辨率在5微秒左右,换算
成频域,至少需要40k的频率响应和120分贝的动态范围才能重现5微秒的时域分辨率 (
80k采样频率,20bit)。所以96k/24b 和192k/24b对声场的还原一定比44k/16b 的好。
我们的耳朵和大脑是最牛的hifi。

Sounds more like central auditory processing disorders to me.
I don't know the medical treatment for CAPD, but his parents should
definitely work on his communication skills, like lip reading, using sign

。 不知道有没有必要再找脑神经科的医生看一下? 报告如下。小时侯得过鼻窦炎,出
国后就没什么症状了。平时有时候会有头疼,主要集中在脑门部位。喝杯咖啡,或者睡
一觉就没事了。

我知道本版不适合发这种贴子,但是看到同学小孩实在可怜,就想能不能请大牛们给点
建议,万分感谢.我同学总结了很长,大家可以直接看结论和他的问题。不知道这个治
疗起来小孩可以恢复到什么程度?有必要考虑来美国治疗吗? 国内国外技术相差多大?
小孩出生时发现右耳道闭锁;
出生后3天,进行听力筛查(OAE,耳声发射 OAE otoacoustic emission), 右耳因为闭锁
无法测试,左耳测试没用通过
出生后一个月,带宝宝去华西检查,专家通过外观和耳镜检查说左边耳朵是好的,并通过
击掌,发现宝宝在熟睡的状态下,听到掌声会睁开眼睛,专家说按照他的经验,她能听到,
应该没有问题
宝宝约5个多月,到华西再次进行听力测试,耳声发射OAE和声导抗测试, 左耳还是没有通
过测试,医生说可能有耳屎

A******a 发帖数: 587 | 48 如果怀疑有听力问题,最好和医生商量一个详细的诊断计划。
先是耳镜(otoscope),观察鼓膜(tympanic membrane)外观。
然后是tympanometry测量鼓膜功能。
通过以上两个测试,基本上可以诊断中耳功能以及是否有中耳炎。
然后是ABR (auditory brainstem response)和DPOAE(distortion product
otoacoustic emissions)。
ABR是测听力神经的功能,一般来说ABR正常听力就没多大问题。但是这个会测不同的频
率,有可能测试会发现被测试者在某些特定频率的表现不是很好,他在这个特定的频率
有听力丧失。像老年人的听力问题就是这样的,他们不是全听不见,而是听不见特定频
率的声音。但是耳朵对不同频率的灵敏度也不一样,临床上应该有相应的标准。
DPOAE是测量内耳听力细胞(hair cell)功能的,更具体点是测外毛细胞的功能。这个
测试也会测不同的频率,正常人应该很少会有这方面的问题。有先天性疾病的儿童,像

1)先找一个家庭医生,看有没有办法将耳道里面的阻塞物取出来,这些阻塞物会导致
传导性听力问题。
2)你说的举手测试是Audiogram,就是看在不同频率下面的听力阀值是多少,正常人为
25dB HL以下,如果宝宝值高的话说明听力有问题,但是没有办法判断是那个地方出了
问题。
3)DPOAE 是测量内耳里面外耳细胞的功能,这些细胞的作用是放大器,在声音小的时
候放大声音,放大的同时这些细胞会振荡产生声音,这个测试就是将这些声音采集下来
。如果没有DPOAE的话,说明是由于外耳细胞的问题导致听力问题,一般情况下使用助
听器可以解决。
4)ABR是测试在有声音刺激的情况下面的神经发放信号,一般情况下面看5个峰值,以
及这五个峰值之间的间隔,有峰值说明神经发放正常,这个测试一般是在80 dB的声音
下面做,如果听力阀值高于80 dB下,可能没有明显峰值,当然还有一种请况是
Auditory Neuropathy,主要症状是听的见声音,但是听不懂,在ABR里面的表现是没有
明显波峰。 ABR里面还要看几个峰值的间隔,每一个峰值代表听觉神经传送道路上面的
