%，然后还可以每天利滚利。 但大跌就有问题了。 Aug15到Feb16，跌了将近70%，用了
1年多才回来。 2011年7月到10月，跌了72%，然后用了1年涨回来。 涨起来挺厉害的。
基本大跌一次，1年多一点回来。
08/09 年的话，可能跌掉95%，也许要5年才能回本。
如果87年黑色星期一的话，一天可能就跌掉99%,也许50年才能回本。
不过后2者几率无穷小。 但Aug15到Feb16，2011年7月到10月这种档次的应该还是有可
能出现的。

%。当然现在全回来了。 所以要通过对冲，做好风险控制。当然风险降低了，回报自然
也不会那么高。就XIV来讲，只要不被清零，长期持有目前来看回报也很高。11年以来
400% return。但如果把08/09 年考虑进来，可能已经WIPEOUT了。 |

周HR会签字把材料寄出去，估计3月初或者中旬可以由律师提交EB2的140申请。

我的理解是，如果降级到EB3的话，假设140被批准，那么应该可以在批准后马上就递交
485，因为现在EB3的排期都到了01MAY15了，假设140审批需要3个月的话，也应该排到
了我的PD时间（AUG15）
我现在的问题是：
1. 我能否在还没有提交EB2的140申请的情况下就递交EB3的140申请？
2. 如果我对EB3的485排期理解没错的话，我提交EB3降级申请后可以马上递交EB3的485
