刚接到律师的电话，说我的140批了，但LD也打电话说接到批准通知。
但目前网上还没有任何更新，最近一直在查，真是焦急阿，差点就准备pp了。

weeks. Just report to everyone. RD for 485 is June 1st. Finger print in July
7 (ish..). My 140 filed in Nov 8th 2010, approved in May 5th, 2011. I filed
485 in May 22th (ish..), RD is June 1st.. Hope everyone gets their
greencard soon! Thank you everyone in this board giving me a lot of help
and information.

If there is 12000 spillover for Aug, Sept. That means the total spillover
is 12000+7000 = 19000, exactly what NIU has predicted. p838 said the total
spill over is in 11k to 13k range.
I hope NIU is correct. |

manpower to process EB2 ROW if they truely follow FIFO. So everyone please
get ready to call senator/congressman/first lady, and SR on Aug 1st. The
harder we push, the less EB2 ROW will be processed, the more spill over
