老板B业务水平不错，可惜脾气暴躁，给Instruction给的不清楚，也不给预期的
deadline, 但是对你交上来的东西横竖指责，最可恨之处，在于当着楼主的下级
degrade楼主，甚至当着客户的面贬低楼主，客户走了就跟楼主说(you did terrific
job. I just don't want to make client unhappy, so I have to say as that).

发帖数: 1905 | 23 完全胡说八道。首先数据没有看利率和月付，就不科学，结论就差远了。
楼主没有考虑利率，最近10几年利率很低，现在ARM都在3%左右，30年也是3.5%左右，
70-80年代，利率10%以上，所以房价不高但是月付高。
很简单的例子,你借10万，3.5%利率，月付只有450刀。利率10%,月付878刀。相差差不
多一倍。所以按照月付算，房价/收入比基本上是不变的。
所以你不看利率，就不科学。美国人很少付清贷款的，都是借贷买房子。给你看一下历
史数据，如果只有一个数字，就是30年，两个的话，一个15年，一个30年。所以在上个
世纪，利率在7.5%-16%之间变化，2000年以后慢慢下降到2010年左右4%以下。
