1.适用对象。
中国大陆居民，直接以H1b签证到非赢利机构工作。
也就是说你必须是从中国直接以H1签证过来，从F1,F2,J1,J2转的都不行。
不过有台湾人argue，说美国承认台湾是中国的，那我们也是中国人，也要用treaty，
不知道结果怎么样。)
in my case , 中国passport, in 2001, i got H1 in Austalia 到赢利机构工作USA,
after 1.5 year, transferred to 非赢利机构工作, 要用treaty 1.5 years。
i do not know the latest info about treaty. |
