Location, Location, and Location
房地产界有句名言，就叫做Location, Location & Location。也就是在所有因素中，
最最重要的因素就是房子的地点。这一次房市寒潮，Fremont几乎所有地区都呈现成交
量萎缩价格下降的情形，唯独Mission San Jose的房子依然火爆，就再一次地证明了这
个颠扑不破前人总结下来的原理。
那么从地点上来看，Fremont相比其他城市有何优势呢？俺老人家从下面三个方面来总
结一下。
（一） 学区
相对来说，Fremont整体上学区并不差，与湾区其他城市比较，至少是中上水平。前面
提到过Fremont有五个小Town组成，有趣的是今天的Fremont联合学区也由5个高中学区
组成，每个高中下面各有一个初中和4到6个小学。这5个高中差别很大。

桶了，都是开盖的。没仔细看就拎回来了。一桶回来摸黑就给车换了。
今天换第二辆车，发现油是黑的。赶紧看第一桶剩下的那点油，发现也是黑的。
拿到Walmart跟manager理论了一阵，给退了。丫还觉得是我拿废机油赚他们便宜。 后
来我当场又从货架上找到一桶废油，这他才shut up了。我估计是有修车的店员捣鬼。
大家小心点，买油或者去他们家换机油都留点神。
这个case值得去sue他们一下么？ 真的很窝心，害得我浪费一个滤芯，因为废油混到发
动机里了，估计过不久还得重新换一遍油。 |

说说我觉得还不错的几家吧，除了这几家别的中餐馆都挺烂的。
Union City的小肥羊火锅倒是质量一直不错，菜很新鲜，虽然贵点还是值的。
