有continuous builds (with automated unit tests)，每天都有daily builds，每天
固定时间段有continuous automated smoke test. 每天有daily automated smoke
test. Jenkens连类似Jira的project management/tracking tool，每次check in在
Jira也有记录.几个军团的阿三蚂蚁也不能撼动大树的。Daily automated smoke test
过了才能作auto deployment，才能开始测试。系统不work，怎么能pass smoke test，
这嘎姐们的公司还是大公司，这种情况不能怪阿三，只能怪公司。阿三当然是有空子就
钻的。

那么这帮人(SDET)的主要精力就是在test automation上，而不是找bug。
我其实觉得test automation应该是SE去做，而feature team则只需要QA，因为在
developing cycle没必要过度强调test automation.
