的物理学家也聊过，大家的共识就是目前还没有共识：适合于描述生物的数学还没有被
找到，有可能生物现象能够启发对新的数学语言的创造。
另外一个难点就是绝大多数的生命现象是远离均衡点的，non-equilibrium
statistical mechanics其实是和生物最相关的物理分支，但是物理学家对这个话题了
解得也不多。
我赞同你的说法：以微分方程为基础的模型在生物上的应用有很大局限性，例外是SDE
，问题是这门数学分支也还没有完善，很多分析只能基于最简单的假设，比如白噪音。
可能更好的思路是cellular automaton那样的模拟。虽然没有分析解，但是可以通过大
规模模拟exhaust parameter space.进而获得统计规律。

领域应该叫做science of complexity,核心内容就是emergent property, cellular
automaton是一种表现形式。目前基本还停留在观察现象的阶段，因为对应的数学还没

Math的问题有:
怎么用加减乘除算sinx，什么时候deterministic finite automaton，什么是NDFA,
用DFA来表示NDFA的空间复杂度会变成多少。什么是P，什么是NP。Maximum flow算法。
还有一些简单的公式推导。
编程的问题问了很多概念性质的，process和thread的区别，什么是parallel
computing，什么是multi-threading，什么是mutex，什么是多态，为什么要用虚拟析
构，pass by value和pass by reference的区别. #include 是啥意思。。。
MATLAB问怎么转置，怎么判断变量类型，怎么找帮助文件等等。 |

随机走步效率太低。今年买了neato，一试就非常喜欢。它俩的区别有大侠已经总结的

注意roomba干活时间是neato的4倍，换句话说充满一次电neato能干4倍的活，这是一个
非常重要的指标，直接影响到电池的寿命，而电池是这类东东maintenance最贵的一项
，按照本版的经验，roomba一到两年需要换电池，neato的电池偶还不知道多长时间一
换，应该会好很多。有人说同样一个地点，roomba会走好几遍，更干净，偶的是木地板
，偶试过用neato先吸一遍，清理干净垃圾盒，再吸第二遍，垃圾盒基本上没啥东西，
所以地板走一遍足够了，再多就是浪费，地毯偶没经验。前面说过，neato省时间，可
以一次吸整个一层楼，不用在各个房间抱来抱去，所以在使用上变得非常简单。

这一章，就是引起轩然大波的登载wsj上的第一部分，一上来就以一堆极度极端的not allowed list把读者砸晕再说。
我承认中国家长把学业的priority放在sports前面，但是她还是和我们有代沟了。我们渐渐也enjoy育儿的过程了，在人前也会夸孩子（而不是never compliment your children in public），也在渐渐重视鼓励孩子的efforts，（而不是that medal must be gold）。
第二章，sophia
这个孩子是个天使娃，小时候睡整觉，不哭不闹。有需要才会哭。妈妈在工作，她在一边安静地看着。（作者同学，你就偷着乐吧！）这种天使娃可遇不可求。我回忆了一下大宝小宝18个月前的生活，我们经历过严重的reflux，湿疹，晚上要抗在肩上哄睡，厌奶等等吧，更不用说小宝早产了两个月。恩，我嫉妒作者同学。
