就答应发简历过去。N很快，过了两天就找了个组来电面。
我啥都没准备，感觉很糟糕。问了个放水的atoi，结果
网上写，出了一堆的bug，我后来放进eclipse，自己都觉得
脸红。光compiler error就有5，6处。
本以为肯定挂了，谁知recruiter说反应还不错，但是那个position
filled了，给我换个组。于是换个组重新电面，这次不敢怠慢，
一个周末学习了一下cc150，看了一点精华区，至少还有10道题
不会做，也就那样了，来不及。
电面主要探讨了一下java concurrency和NoSQL，我吹嘘了一下
high scalability，high availablity的一些经验。问了个boggle
的算法，和高用户数得分的排序如何设计。前者整得我又是一头汗，
虽然我知道用trie，一些优化的搜索算法不是很熟悉，对方也没为难
我。高在线用户这些我就比较熟悉，回答得还好。
onsite面了5个人，2个engineer，1个recruiter，2个engineer manager。

发帖数: 322 | 3 这次Florida之行，我用的是Southwest的点数换的reward ticket。 之所以用
southwest是因为其它航空公司的reward 机票有有提前20天的要求（否则要交$75的手
续费），而southwest只是有机票的availability的限制，如果机票有的话，20天以内
也不需要手续费。Southwest的reward ticket一般由两种一是16点的普通reward机票，
这种一般的availablity较差一些；另外一种是32点的freedom revward ticket，which
has better availability。到southwest的网站login就去一查，我southwest的点数
仅够一张16点的机票，而我定的是圣诞前一个星期的机票，availablity一定不会太好
，查来查去从加州去佛罗里达的机票还有，而回来的机票却怎么也定不到。看样子这下
得花点银子了。突然想到southwest reward ticket是分成来回两段定的，而且去的目
的地和来的地方不一定要是同一个城市。佛罗里达我要去的城市那么多，随便那个都行

，把州里所有的Audi dealer都打了一遍，只有一个有pre own的，没有一个新车现货，
都是要预定2012款的，官网上现在的照片和价格还都是2011款的，2012连价格也没有，
不过dealer说了跟2011差不多，上下不会超过500的差距。
现在要先交deposit1000刀才能下单定车，4周后可能有车。
试问下，不test drive,没见过具体车，能就这么下手买吗？4万多刀，不算小钱啊。
咳咳咳，昨天在版上问了一下大家的建议，就只盯着Audi Q5了，谁知道还是这样的场

Cloudera成立早，有很多yahoo的老人在，骗了很多钱，目前以做service为主，比较领
先的是它的management tool，对hadoop的manage比其他的package要强。背后主要的支
持者是oracle和teradata，前段时间intel投资了。目前来看比较牛。他们自己搞了
impala，我的感觉有点不伦不类的。
Hortonworks是yahoo spinoff的，技术上来说，看看hadoop早年的code大概也知道是个
什么样水平。HDFS真心还不错，Mapreduce一般般了就。里面有很多以前做pig的人，目
前的重点则是hive。目前看没什么大优势。他家后台是微软，hadoop on windows的各
种改动基本上都是他们做的，软软给了很多钱。
Mapr这个东西，楼主先不要用google capital去误导别人。Mapr的CTO以前在google
GFS team干过很久。Google computing engine 最开始的时候也只支持MapR。MapR的后
