design, RM&S等等涉及核心技术的工作，当然也有不少外派回沈阳的。我只是说在加拿
大至少接触核
心技术的机会更多些，不是说在core engineering就一定能做核心技术的工作。

have to decode the vendor's environmental table against DO-160. To
understand what I mentioned about vibration, you have to study the section
8.2.2 of DO-160. If you don't have the working knowledge, it's difficult
to explain in a few sentences here.

而且系统工程师，机械工程师都可以入行，但是航空工程师确无法到别的行业去，一看
就饱了。
我非常熟悉C/C++, Java, Ada, J2EE,SQL，RTCA-DO-178B，人家一看我研究生的学航空

engineer,software engineer或者是仿真方面的工作。截至目前只有一个电话面试，
rockwellcollins，可惜没进入下一轮onsite。然后就只有一个小公司发邮件问了一些
简单技术问题，然后就没有声息了。
想问下版面上诸位xdjm，从你们的经验是不是很难找到想要的上述工作？觉得自己就是
吃亏在没有什么connection,又不知现在怎么加强，或者postdoc,拿个绿卡才有可能找个
aviation industry的工作？
希望业内人士帮咱参谋参谋，有没有可能找个小的aviation company,感觉大公司没有
几个sponsor H1的，或者哪些地方可以找到航空业小公司招人，indeed dice之类的俺经常
上的。

柯林斯）的产品。看来就算是中国国产的飞机，引擎和航电还是美国货，飞机的关键部
件仍需依赖进口。这点上面三菱的MRJ也是一样的。MRJ的引擎是P&W（普惠）的，航电
跟ARJ一样是Rockwell Collins的。MRJ在日本国内也遭受批评说“七成靠进口，还算国
产吗”，这话也同样适用于ARJ。
听说航电是美国造，感觉安心不少。但其实光是整合航电设备，也是需要相当程度的技
术积累的。看来就算是中国在这上面也还是造不如买。毕竟这是飞机上最复杂的部分。 |

embedded SW engr/firmware engr.这类工作比一般的CS出身的IT SW engr opening要
少,更依赖经验和行业积累.但是embedded sw engineer工作中要求的技能要比CS出身的
更强,rtos,c/c++, asm,matlab, C#,java, python,perl,make scripts,vhdl 都要能写
会用;熟悉emulators,多种microprocessors/dsp, 会各种测试仪器,知道如何测试软件
和硬件;读懂IC的datasheet,hw design schematics/pcb, 和硬件工程师能talk;懂各类
串并行总线,know-how on system integration;懂process and spec ,这个依赖于不同
行业
另外就是绿卡,好的embedded sw工作大部分都在defense,avionics,或者需要export control的企业,没卡,就没有敲门砖 |

这篇文章的甲部贴出后，【天下纵横谈】一位大陆市民善意地为 YST打预防针，他希望
我不要像论述东南亚战略时把中国大陆的实力过分高估，引起大陆一些网友的讥讽。
YST 认为大陆的网友各色各样的言论都有，我们本著自己的资料、分析和主观判断写文
章，只要言之有物就行，是否得到认同不是重点，也不能是重点，否则就成了乡愿。取
悅所有的读者既不可能也没有必要。
大陆很多网友的想法是不平衡的，他们在台湾和日本的议题上喊打、喊杀、喊核平对方
；但是在碰到与美国有关的议题上他们就变得非常退缩，丧失自信，连分析能力都打了
折扣。
中国过去在不该输出革命的时候为了意识形态而输出革命，所以惨遭失败。
中国现在为了本身的利益应该输出革命的时候却畏缩不前，导致坐失良机。
「输出革命」是国际政治斗争经常使用的手段，美国没有少干。这些年来东欧那么多「
颜色革命」就是美国输出革命的成果。
中国人要有自信，要能够不卑不亢才能把握机遇、做出正确的决定。
