昨日，数字音视频编解码技术标准(简称AVS标准)正式在中国实施。AVS标准工作组昨日
称，《信息技术先进音视频编码第2部分：视频》已获得批准，于昨日起正式实施。
AVS产业联盟秘书长张伟民告诉记者，早在1月6日信产部就正式批准通过了AVS标准
成为音视频领域的国家标准，但由于此后按照程序还需要国家标准化委员会对此进行认
证，因此AVS仍然要有一个流程时间。如今AVS正式成为国家音视频领域的惟一标准，AV
S标准工作组可谓吃了一颗“定心丸”。“十一五”期间重点培育数字化音视频产业终于
有“标”可循了。AVS工作组表示，“AVS最直接的产业化成果是未来10年我国需要的数
亿颗解码芯片，最直接效益是节省超过每年数十亿美元的专利费。”

bring too much trouble in Game 6 but this kind of "Lacking killer
instinct" will hurt us in further rounds. last year vs. Detriot,
LA, tbe year before vs. LA, 1999 vs. Dallas, all bad examples.

goalie. he allowed a PP goal in 1st period which is ok considering oilers
outshot avs 13:6 or sth like that. Things turned ugly when Oilers got
two goals out of face-offs and one goal in between which is a double-
deflection after Abby replaced Sauve. Down 4:0 going into 3rd period,
Avs don't have any momentum to make a comeback. Oilers outshot Avs 30:15
and they might have 10 more scoring chances than the Avs. It's easily
