在位于吉大港的海军学院作报告时宣布，国家海军近期可能装备潜艇的问题已在政府考
虑之中。英国媒体认为，主要采购对象可能是中国海军使用过的物美价廉的产品。
英国《简氏防务工业》援引孟加拉国总理哈西娜的话报道称，作为保护本国专属经
济区的主要措施之一，孟加拉国政府正在考虑从国外进口潜艇的可能性问题。她在孟加
拉国海军学院作报告时表示，在不远的将来国家海军将会迎来潜艇的问题正在政府考虑
之中。虽然她没有透露未来潜艇潜在采购的细节，但是考虑到孟加拉国军事预算仅约15
亿美元的现实，孟加拉国最有可能采购中国海军使用过的潜艇。
哈西娜总理指出，在其他采购项目方面，2010年2月订购的两艘轻型多用途AW-109
直升机将在2011年年中交付，将主要用于搜索救援行动、保护专属经济区和情报侦察，

上文讲到经历了“8.1渡江惨剧”之后，我们乘火车从武汉返回了北京。在火车上
有一段小插曲，本来不准备写的，因为牵涉到当年的几个“群众组织”，怕有褒此贬彼
的嫌疑。现在想想，当年所谓的“群众组织”根本就无对错之分。大家斗得你死我活，
其实都属上当受骗，都是被某些政治势力所利用。反而是一些被人称为“不积极参加文
化大革命”的“逍遥派”才真正具有清醒的政治头脑。其余的人（当然也包括我本人在
内），可说是被卖了还帮人数钱的那种。所以褒也好贬也好，在今天来说都没有什么意
义——我只是把当年发生的一些事情真实地记录下来，让后人有所了解。我想总不至于
会有“遗老遗少”借此来找我的麻烦吧？
回到北京之后，全国的形势发生了巨大的变化。“文革”已经由“文斗”发展到了
