10月29号-30号，由哈佛北岸学社和风致会社组织的百年辛亥革命在哈佛隆重召开（我
一直想知道隆重这地儿在哪啊，怎么什么会都在哪哪隆重召开？）会议请了国内很多优
秀的近代史研究者，各学者也做了水平参差不一的发言，有振聋发聩的，也有催人入睡
的，下边我流水帐式记录下这两天开会的进程和有趣的八卦与发现。
29日上午，harvard science building hall c里中国学生云集一堂，到场数百人，估
计比这间教室的平常上座率要高。会议开始，赞助商废完话后，费正清研究中心的
William Kirby教授致开幕演讲，就是简单回顾了下中国百年来的发展变化，有句话很
有意思，他说“现在有很多关于中国崛起的书《China awakens>
awake of China>,百年前，关于中国的书也是《China awakens> ,所
以现在的书好像一百年前都被写过了”Kirby做演讲是到场学者中最好的，只有在他的

看到版上一篇吐槽奇文，感觉我跟这位作者看的不是一个电影，所以决定上来说两句
有人说Finn能跟Kylo Ren 过招不现实，且选黑人为了政治正确
一码归一码，先来说为什么能过招的事情
首先Finn是个（前）风暴兵， 从小就被训练使用武器对打的风暴兵。风暴兵不会有光
剑训练，那有没有器械格斗训练呢？再不济的风暴兵，会不会使棍子挥？片中看到风暴
兵是有专门对付光剑的兵器的，相应的训练肯定有。
如果有人对风暴兵的训练还是有疑惑的话，建议去阅读

所以这点来看，Finn再不济，拿起光剑挥两下，那个力道和劲度，是比坐在电脑前码字
的宅大叔好不少的。当然，Finn没有原力加持，光线枪怕是挡不回去的，不信回去看看

再说Kylo Ren, 这小伙会使两下剑，跟Luke也练过一段时间，但是远没有之前出来的各
位sith来的强大，这也可以从他的名字看出来，并没有冠上sith的大名在前面是不是？

昨天看到韩寒回应方舟子的最新博文，韩寒起诉对方侵害名誉，并拿出了他十七岁
的手稿和与家人的来往信件，做纸张年份鉴定，欲证其清。这还有什么后来么？铁证如
山了。然而不然。以我的揣度，这甚至不能让喧嚣暂归平静，马上会有比如说上海法院
是韩寒的私家码头早已买通不在话下等等；如果法院判赢了官司，更加会有司法不公等
各种现成的遁词在后头。鲁迅曾经说：“绝不能以我之必无的证明，来折服了他之所谓
可有。”可怜见的，这是老祖宗基因里烙印的，国民性来的。以韩寒的聪明应该猜得到
，想要清净，恐怕是不可能的了。果然，今天就有了话，打输了官司不要紧，网络上依

10000个推测也只是推测，不构成任何一个证据。法庭对证据的采信和使用把控有严格
的证据法来规范，不像以方舟子带领的暴民那样以意淫和牵强附会为推断基础。
韩寒把这种争论规范化，引入一个裁判，非常好！（当然，从司法成本的角度来说，并
不鼓励任何事情都拿到法庭解决。不过我怀疑方舟子可能觉得言论自由无界限，可能脑
袋中没有诽谤这个概念，这样的官司有社会示范作用，意义重大。）
方舟子我行我素惯了，说即使法院裁判下来了，他也不会理会，该怎么评论还会怎么评
论。——嗯，他可能不知道有强制执行这个概念。对了，我百度了下，好像还要抓起来
拘留15天，拒绝执行审判严重的要关3年。
法制社会好！从细节到整体流程都比民间乱搞可信度高很多。方舟子带领的暴民有些像

修行 in Buddhism is the way to 'awakened' and 'enlightened', which is not
'wisdom', although person like Buddha must be quite wise.
yeah, 修行 is the method not the goal.
The goal is to really understand and experience ' the four noble truths',
and be 'awakened' or nirvana'.
