刚接到通知。
麻护2011冬开始。
面试其实没有什么特别，凡是考得过ACLS的背熟了剂量都能过笔试和操作考。
就是坐在一桌子人面前刚开始有点怪怪的。开始讲了以后就不怵了，心里想着大不了不
让进么，还管一顿饭的~~~
问的都是些个个性啊，优缺点啊，面对压力如何排解啊之类大路的问题，反正见招拆招。
接着跟老师和program里师姐师兄们一起吃饭，这个有点别扭，我用刀叉不习惯，只好
冒充淑女，看人家怎么吃我就怎么吃~~~
回头想，也就这么回事啊。当时有点小紧张哈~~

护士其实能办H1B，但是和别的专业不是很一样。
首先你得有本科护士学位，这样律师也好工作。
其次，一般这些年来我在网上看到的，身边遇到的办成H1B的绝大部分都是用OPT先在
医院干了一年，然后再由医院给办的。很少有去医院应聘，医院马上给办H1B的。大部
分HR其实也不懂。能说出来护士不能办H1B的HR已经是很有水平的了。
我原来以为护士办H1B只是个别的例子，但是我在一个网站查过（叫MYVISAJOB什么的）
，我周围
的大医院其实都给护士办过H1B，最多的一年办过30多个。
而且从我遇到的人看，和科室关系不大，我遇到的人只是TELE和STEP DOWN的， 不是
ICU,ER什么
的。
还有用OPT的同学以后能不能办H1B也看你的造化。开始你既不能让你的MANAGER知道你
只能工作一年
又得在合适的时间让他知道你需要H1B，还得在这段时间让他觉得你很胜任你的工作，
其实挺难的。

BSN（麻护工作是基于护士执照的，所以这个是必要条件）
GPA3.5(都这样写，不过我认识的好像没有3.8以下的）。
GRE1000以上（有些program可以按成绩和工作年限减免）
ICU（各种ICU都可以,最好是CCU）或者TraumaER两年工作经验（必要条件）
CCRN（必要条件）
ACLS，PALS， CPR。
面试可以查我以前的旧帖。
24到33个月不等时间，有些先上理论课再实习（似乎AANA对实习期有至少18个月的要求
），有些一边上课一边实习（像我这个），各有好处。
学费从4万不到（还有部队全部补贴的）到十一二万的都有，好像德州的最便宜！
Baylor就是少数几个还给stipend的program之一。
当然你可以一边上班一边上学来减轻经济负担，但是这会是极度疲劳的（有的麻护系根
本没有假期）。一般program都为了board通过率也绝不会鼓励你这样做。绝大部分学生
都是贷款上学的。

制裁内容包括4个方面：1、对利比亚实行武器禁运，2、禁止卡扎菲和家人以及16名亲
信出国旅行，3、冻结相关人员的海外资产，4、以涉嫌“反人类罪”将利比亚当局镇压
平民的行动提交海牙国际刑事法庭进行处理。可以说，这一制裁案几乎动用了除开军事
介入之外的所有制裁手段。
在会上辩论议案时，利比亚驻联合国代表发言，声泪俱下，恳求各国代表投票支持制裁
，特别要求把卡扎菲政府送上国际刑事法庭。他的发言止住了中国代表所谓“不干涉内
政”的论点，成为辩论的转折。
一个主权国家政府的代表，请求外国政府联合起来制裁惩处自己国家的政府，并且一见
到各国同意制裁，立即流下感激的热泪。这在联合国历史上是没有先例的。

抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder）与精神病性抑郁 (Psychotic depression)与燥郁
症（Bipolar disorder）均为独立的疾病实体，相互之间没有概念从属关系。张纯如的
诊断最初是抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder），后来有医生诊断燥郁症（Bipolar
disorder）。这两个疾病都没有妄想表现。

最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以

本来打算做完全面周全的调查之后再做总结的，但是今天本人再也无法按捺住了，于是跑来天涯发帖。这是我第一次上天涯，之前的事件和信息都是通过微博等地转载看到的。至于为何这个时间来发，是因为今天早上醒来(洛杉矶时间2月20日)看到的消息，和自己上周所做调查研究及3天之前的推测一模一样：蓝可儿很可能在在顶层，或者是水箱或者是通风管道中! 果不其然，今天早上我照例看新闻时，看到了洛杉矶警方于昨日在CECIL HOTEL 顶层的水箱中发现了蓝可儿的尸体。
自从上周得知蓝可儿事件，看了其诡异的录像视频，正巧本人也在洛杉矶，于是自发的搜集资料，对蓝可儿事件展开调查。后来好友Brandon也加入其中，两人从上周开始，一直不断收集资料，分析视频和信息。而就在三天前，我午睡起来，对Brandon的第一句话就是：蓝可儿很可能在酒店顶楼某处，水箱或者通风管道中。Brandon问我为何如此判断，我把自己的想法告诉了他(而后细细道来具体情况)，当时Brandon便提议出发去CECIL HOTEL现场查看，可惜我们出门时当天(洛杉矶时间2月17日)阴雨天，我们吃了下午茶后便开始下下雨，于是行程取消。我们还约... 阅读全帖 |

近日在宣传新片《科洛弗道10号》（10 Cloverfield Lane）时，作为该片制作人的JJ·艾布拉姆斯也自曝多年前的一件秘事：“那是在1989年，我去见了史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格，我那次去见他就是为了《谁陷害了兔子罗杰》的续集。”

国家的印象，没看过一千零一夜的人也许觉得这仅仅是书中的孤例，并不具备代表性。

Forward That Chinese Army is superior to Indian Army is a bullshit. It's
like comparing fragile Chinese goods to our sturdy products. Know that we do

2月26日，联合国安理会的15个理事国举行紧急会议，经过一整天的密集磋商之后，一
致通过了制裁利比亚卡扎菲政府的第1970号决议。
制裁内容包括4个方面：1、对利比亚实行武器禁运，2、禁止卡扎菲和家人以及16名亲
信出国旅行，3、冻结相关人员的海外资产，4、以涉嫌“反人类罪”将利比亚当局镇压
平民的行动提交海牙国际刑事法庭进行处理。可以说，这一制裁案几乎动用了除开军事
介入之外的所有制裁手段。
在会上辩论议案时，利比亚驻联合国代表发言，声泪俱下，恳求各国代表投票支持制裁
