发帖数: 5114 | 1 最近翻出阿西莫夫作品全集来重看，真挺有意思的，不仅囊括了他最早期那些名不见经
传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

（五）shock and awe
上一节里，我提到了六月七号第一天所涉及的动物实验基本功。有网友可能因此觉得
这个课教的东西很简单。要这么想就大错特错了，这个课程的特点是前难后易，第一天的
实验就很麻烦。一下午实验下来，我好像脱了一层皮，整个感受可以用shock and awe来
形容。想到还要这样再熬２０天，我就直哆嗦。当时甚至有了要求退钱走人的想法。当然
了，我最后还是坚持住了，十天之后重温第一天实验的时候，突然觉得其实一点也不难。
当然这是后话了。
为了让大家理解第一天实验的重要性，我先简单介绍一下小鼠的着床前胚胎发育（pre
-implantation embryo development）。雌鼠和雄鼠交配之后，从卵巢排出的卵子在输卵
管壶腹部（ampula）受精。大概在1.5dpc（days post coitum，交配后天数）的时候，受
精卵开始分裂成双细胞胚胎，并在一天左右的时间里分裂成八细胞胚胎。在这个分裂过程
里面，细胞虽然进行分裂，但是并没有生长，所以整个胚胎的体积没有太大变化。从八细
胞胚胎开始，分裂的细胞开始表达一些细胞粘连分子，以至于所有细 |
