I ask what protocol are you on? what are your stimulation drugs? My
doctor is going to try a different protocol this time - microdose lupron. I
will be on birth control pills for 2 weeks. after that i will start
microdose lupron around mid Nov and then stims and expect ER sometime end of
the month. in general i am a poor reponder. you had 14 - thats great.
the most I got was 6. i am 37 :(

me 300 Follistim and 300 Menopur, both are very large dosage. you only had
7 day stimulation? For the past cycles I believe I had at least 12 day
stimulation and I was still not responding well...sigh. Wish you the best
luck this cycle. |

am also a poor responder and had a failed IVF cycle. I consulted two doctors
and both suggest to use microdose Lupron protocol for next cycle. Aybaby's
situation is different than us. She has quick response to stimulation drugs
but not for us. You should listen to your doctor's instruction. Good luck
this time!

package, the odds of good result should be higher.

determined, no matter what had happend. Cornell is the best, many people
travel there from south for the treatment.I hope both of us will have a good

Have you got result of this morning’s blood test? Mine is not looking good,
estrogen level reached around 700 after 3 days Stim. They only wanted to
see around 150. So I am instructed to decrease G-F from 375 units to 225
units tonight. Tomorrow will have blood test plus ultrasound, hopefully the
cycle will continue after the adjustment. |

卵子的质量和受精率。 取卵过程还很顺利，只是护士费了很大劲才帮我插好IV，说是
我的静脉太细了。今天取卵的医生是我的主治医生Dr Davis, 由他亲自上阵，我心里很
平安也很有信心。回家迷迷糊糊的睡了一个下午，肚子还很胀气，卵巢附近也还隐隐作
痛。不过明天好好休息，因该恢复了。我在Cornell做的protocol 是 CO-culture， 所
以要求DAY3 tranfer（regardless the number of good embroy）求姐妹们继续祝福我
周五的Transfer，谢谢！
只求神保佑那5个胚胎健康分裂发育！！ 求姐妹们的祝福！THANKS! |

so hard). maybe do a immune blood testing? someone was saying high
natural killer cells could kill the embryos so i did the testing. it took 3
weeks to get the full results back and for me the RE said all were normal.
so immunity did not explain my past failures. but for some people that did
explain. |

lupron + low dose Gona-f；
这次cycle先吃避孕药21天，overlap 10 units lupron with bcp for 5 days;
continue lupron 10 units until the baseline day.
我对经历了四次失败的fresh IVF (local NJ clinics), 每次促卵药反映强烈，剂量小
些倒是有帮助。
* 10/18 Baseline（day3)： FSH 4.7； E2 32； lining thin enough; u/s shows 5-
6 Antral Follicle Counts on each side of ovary.

另外，看来针灸可是提高卵巢的供血。它还有其它的功效吗？

精卵发育如此良好事件，还有我的转正事件（公司裁员很多，我破罐子破摔，请了N多
的假期），都不在我意料之中。但愿有个大大的怀孕，那么所有的苦难就都值得。
