1) I demand banks pay me 20% on a CD but loan me money at 3% fixed for 30
years.
2) If the price of my house goes up I am good. But if it goes down, someone
should pay me by God.
3) I got paid for 40 years of working. I got a market salary. Now you better
pay me till I die for the priviledge of me showing up every day and already
getting paid. Anyway, I did not save for my retirement.
4) I am very overweigh and a drug user. This makes able to get SSDI! Yay!
