发帖数: 374 | 29 感谢版上的同志，上周末顶着炎炎夏日去Dallas的DFW和DAL拍飞机。DFW的UPS货仓附近
有一个Founders' Plaza，专门用来看飞机。在那里还可以听到飞机和控制台之间的对
话。DAL的附近有一个Bachman Lake Park。在那里可以感受降落的飞机从头顶上呼啸而
过。啥都不说了，直接上图。
前四张在DFW拍的，用Nikon 70-200 F/4 + TC-20e II增距镜拍的。后两张在DAL拍的，
用Nikon 24-120 F/4。
另外Dallas还有两个飞机博物馆，一个是AA的C.R. Smith Museum，一个是西南的
Frontiers of Flight Museum。感兴趣的飞友可以顺道去看看。 |

近研究较多的是多种组蛋白修饰方式和DNA甲基化在基因转录调节方面的共同作用，本
文详述组蛋白
修饰和DNA甲基化的发生机制，并且总结了组蛋白乙酰化和组蛋白甲基化与DNA甲基化之
间的相互作
用，提示不同位点的组蛋白甲基化与DNA甲基化共同作用于基因转录，并且发挥不同的
作用，具体体
现在组蛋白乙酰化、组蛋白H3K9、H3K27和H4K20甲基化与DNA甲基化协同作用，使基因
