change你现在卡上的"member since"年份到那个时候。他们可能需要找一阵才能找到你
10年前副卡的记录，找到后应该给你寄张新卡过来。
不要说你想change你的account open date，他们会搞不懂的。他们往信用局报告时候
就是按照member since那年算作开卡年份的。 |

流量套餐是可以backdate的，这是官方许可的

As far as I know, only after your new 140/140 SII get approved, USCIS relink to the previous priority date. Given it is current, you can submit 485. USCIS website has an example, in that example the beneficial changed to EB2 from previous EB3 application.
If you file EB1, you can submit 140 and 485 at the same time.
The good news is that it won't backdate easily and 485 will be approved
in 2-3 months after submition.

has been backdated from 12/15/2013 (August) to 01/01/2006 (starting
September).
