自己的弱项，
1.后场步法，尤其是左边的，还需练习；
2.前场步法，打的时候习惯性只迈一步，要改掉坏习惯，:S；
3.步法、准备姿势和打法要结合，练的时候还可以，一开打就什么都忘了，:S
要自己多练习了，时间真不够用 |

low serve, because good high serve requires a large swing, and if you slow
down to serve low, you lose precision.
Instead, you can serve backhand: low serve or flick serve. The preparation
looks the same. |

not play a backhand clear shot through the whole court, even man amateurs(
include me) could not do that.
For the speed, I think this needs powerful muclse and strenth. To hit the
bird at the earliest time, explosive power is neccessary.
I believe women have good drives and pushes when they return without moving.

be easier to use the backhand to hit the short serve, particularly when it
is served to the middle?
