That small portion in 94086 does have the schools of "Cumberland-Sunnyvale-
Homestead". But zip code really matters so it will backslash on the house
values. And backfence against shopping plaza is major safety concern.
I don't think the it's a good buy if you spend more than $850K. |

另外, 我有一個二手的abu garcia silver max baitcast reel, 這種reel是不是對線
有特別要求? 是不是不太适合使用braid line? 這個reel我用了一段時間, mono線, 這

至于magnetic brake, 我的理解是它不是固定的，而且速度越快，阻尼越大。速度小的
时候（刚刚开始甩出时）作用几乎没有，主要作用在后面（限制spool 的最高速度），
应该是很有利于防止backslash. |

来了，lure 到了水面上后，由于水的浮力作用，下沉好慢呀！这个时候，我希望reel
没有任何阻力，像spinning reel with opened bail一样。
大家是怎么解决这个问题的呢？排除一个原因是lure 太轻，reel太大。如何做到像
spinning reels一样呢？谢谢！ |
