has grass ground, and the line of slope cuts through the whole backyard (
about .5 acre) in the middle. This is because this land belongs to another

出来的“垃圾级”的非健康的狗. AKC近几年不得不在有些犬种上重新Open
Registration， 就是因为这些专业的Registered breeders为了迎合狗展和市场需要育
出太多的病狗。
文章中列举的各种标准，来给大家选择靠谱的breeder的时候有个参考，尽量避免那些

一个BBQ的厨房，再加一个sitting place，就是几个人可以坐下来吃饭的地方。面积一
共是560 sq ft。现在的后院patio（有水泥的地方），肯定是不够了，要向前，和左右
两边扩。他说HOA application先要有邻居的批准。让我尽快签字。
我看了一下他的图，发现他可能会往他自己的后院扩不少，那么在我的backyard里就会
很明显看到他的厨房了。以前都是绿草坪，现在是建筑和椅子等。第一，block我好的
view。第二，我们在自己的backyard里玩，好像左边老有人在看着，（我后院是树林）
就没有privacy了。老婆说，要保持好邻居关系，同意就算了，反正邻居是在自己的
backyard里折腾。而且，邻居说会increase他自己房子的value。
问题：
1。 盖这么个厨房会不会减少我的property value？
2。 我不同意，HOA会让他盖吗？
3。 我是否应该同意他加盖这个后院厨房？

2只狗从小就被朋友要走了，
1只大了以后送给了朋友
1只为防止再出事后被处死, 带回了国内， 送回了狗妈家。(为上面这两只狗花的钱可买一
辆新的BMW 5)
1只送上了天堂。
很多Registered breeders都是从backyard breeder开始的。 比如你的图像中的这种
猫就是从backyard breeder开始的, 而且是经过很多Registered breeders共同努力保
留下来的"病梅" - 满足了人类的猎奇心理, 放弃了功能性. 同时采用大量的近亲繁殖
的手法.

point 就是不要被纯粹的registered breeder 所迷惑，所谓的证书交钱，符合组织利
益就拿得到。 既然这个组织有自己的弱点大家不要迷信就好，反而论之如果相信自己
有这个discretion 能力的话，backyard breeder 也不都是一棍子打死的。 这个说法
当然politically是不正确的，但绝对没有看到鼓励大家从 backyard breeder 去买的
意思。
俺同事的australian sheperd 就是从一家Backyard breeder 那里买的，所以便宜没证
书，但他碰到的周围养Australian sheperd 基本都是从这家来的，算是word of
mouth 传出来了。 他的狗狗目前都很健康。
俺如果将来要进GSD 肯定是要从Registered breeder 那里买，因为自己没经验，相信
这张纸可以帮忙减少出差错的可能性，但这也不能保证弄到狗的就真的没问题。 |

actually this is just to think about how to make the backyard more
attractive and efficiently used. A badminton/multi-funciton play court is to
my consideration a good option, I am doing study now but,seems like it's
not economic/function rated to the ultimate purpose of future sell-out.

养大到老，虽然breeder一直都在我facebook上保持联系，随时都愿意把猫儿收回去养老
。
我就是一直奇怪，不知道你买进那些狗是从哪里来的，又因为什么送去了哪里。看你和
你的某个粉丝三天两头在版上给backyard breeder说好话，实在是好奇的不得了。再加
上你刚来版上时，就发飙给那些因为搬家之类弃猫的被版面鄙视的家伙们打抱不平，大
骂版面的收养贴模板，所以么，一直以来你的有些论调，我也就可以理解了。
不过还是希望在pets版收敛点，所有鼓励提倡从backyard breeder那里买猫狗的帖子，
按照版规，也都在禁止之列。

rabbit.最远处，低一些，下雨会积水。不过那里是树，也不过去。今年刚搬进来，第

The house is 23 years old. The owner of the house wrote there were sinkholes
in the backyard. The neighbor said there is underground water going
through the area. We did see some cracks on the garage floor. The basement
was flooded twice (~6 inches) in the heavy storm this spring.
So my questions are:
1. Does the foundation of the house have problem?
2. It has been 23 years and the earth is still moving (sinkholes). Will that
cause future trouble?

As long as they don't use the outdoors cooking 24/7, it'd be fine. We always
stay in when neighbors throwing a party. And vice versa. Admittedly, a
bunch of people loudly speaking a language you don't understand right by

current ground is dirt coverd with wild weed, it is about 10 degree grade.
I am thinking of hiring someone to dig down 9 inches and put in gravel and
sand, then 4 in concrete top to make it leveled. The total area of this
project is about 20'x 45'.
If you have ever done this before, please kindly share your exp. including

in the outside, I don't feel anything at all. To be more clear, my backyard
was surrounded by tall trees and building, the terrian was a little sloppy
down. If you ever live in the New York upstate area where there are a lot of
