去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
要陪着去看看,也是无聊的坐了半天.倒是前台坐着的一个貌似intern的小姑娘clerk,她

比如说不妨去查一查自己的工作单位有没有跟local的dealer或者直接跟车厂有优惠计
划，或者说employee program之类的。公司不会说张扬到说把“买XX有XX优惠”放到主
页上，也不会说时不时发email告诉你买什么会有优惠之类的。你要自己开口去问去找。
比如说公司跟local dealer有协议，典型描述就是“亮出badge然后价格就是invoice+
xxx”这样子；
还有假如公司福利待遇比较好的，会直接跟车厂直接有program，你去某指定网站上
login然后选配好自己想要的车子，网站会直接generate一份document上面写着多少钱
，直接拿到dealer那里不用砍价交钱拿货走人。有时候这个价格是很低很低的（公司把
车厂少赚的钱替你贴上，作为员工福利的一种），比如说我知道在08年初经济尚还很好
的时候，某公司跟nissan就有这样的program，原价2万多3万出头的suv，并不是换代或
者旧model year清仓，刚到货的新款式msrp-$9000直接就开出dealer大门。
当然不是说自己的工作单位有这样的福利就非要用它 |

时间：晚上8点半左右。
路段：某高速，大概12miles，单向只有一车道，多是山路，转弯上坡很多，全程有很
多限速牌，估计不下10个，最高55mile，低的有30mile， 45mile之类，在某些转弯或
者上下坡处会有这些低速限速牌。
我那时刚从另一条比较平直的高速拐入这条山路州内高速。开了了大概2miles的样子。
我看到一辆车在高速左边的小路打算拐入高速，没亮灯前已经有不好的感觉，完了这下
终于中招了。他亮灯时警车是静止的。我看到他亮灯时他还在我左前方，我很快靠右停
下。
警察过来拿了驾照保险registration，告诉我限速40，我开66。然后回警车，再回来就
给了三张纸。
第一张上面写着"complaint & summons"，第一部分有我和车子的信息，第二部分超速
的地点时间，超多少，第三部分警官的badge。
