方，很奇妙的感觉
先看看我的大学“Lincoln University” 林肯大学，本来想看看教学楼，可大学里面
没有街景，只能看看大学门口了
我刚去的时候住的homestay,在riccarton street,男主人是马来西亚人，女主人是日本
人，在他们家住了3个月，真的是对于我的语言能力没有一丝一毫的提升
退了homestay的钱之后，搬出来和几个中国小伙伴一起组了一个房子，在伊丽莎白街，
这边住的都是华人，我刚买了1个月的笔记本电脑就是住在这里时候被入室盗窃的偷走了
在伊丽莎白街住了半年，我就开始了放荡的生活，也不怎么去上学了，认识了一帮新的
小伙伴，后面的4年基本上都是和他们一起混过来的，由于身上钱不多了，所以就一起
搬到了毛利人区，linwood,这边的房租和消费都相对低一些，在这里住了大概2年的时间
2年的时间，一套3个badroom的房子，最多时候住过8个人，感觉我家就像收容所一样，
那个哥们没钱了，就过来凑合一段，等有钱了就搬走，最后实在受不了了，就和一个最

大的 island 看上去会不会显得缺点什么？
还有一楼有一个房间是选为 office 或 bedroom，office 会让厅子显得
很宽敞，bedroom 则很实用。那一个更有利于保值？ |

厨房的sink，oven，冰箱啥的都没了，不过厨房很很小，大概也就4平米的样子，估计
冰箱都只能放在旁边的餐厅里了。
另外，浴室的tub水龙头没了，墙上也有一长方形通孔，里面露出来电线啥的，toilet
的盖子没了，还好洗手池还在。正在考虑要不要换tub。上万块啊，还是有点纠结。
另外请教版上牛人，到哪里找个靠谱的contractor呢？ 一是帮忙inspect，二是给估计
个价格。主要是badroom都没有ceiling灯，琢磨着要是加个灯，是不是还得找个有
license的，然后是不是还得找city的人申请permit啊？这个过程得多长时间，大概多
少钱呢？ |

目前和老公分隔两地工作。虽然两地大概就２个小时的车程，但是基本上老公很难照顾
到我，基本上和single mom没什么区别。说实话，心里上其实有点怨恨老公的，但是也
没办法，目前我这专业的工作不好找。
我父母可能会过来照顾我，但是目前自己和室友合租，还未搬出去另找１badroom
apartment，总之各种事情都要自己handle，老公帮不上什么忙。目前吃也吃不下没胃
口，睡也睡不好，工作又很繁忙，正在考虑何时和提办绿卡的事情，何时和老板摊牌，
心理比较焦躁，这也可能是加重了depression的原因。 |

来，天没有黑就回家了。我们楼里晚上6点之后，基本上都熄火了，似乎也不累呢。关
于房价，我觉得德国不见得比美国便宜。美国农村房子大 100 平米，2 badroom 1000
以内应该能搞定了（折算成欧元也不过700左右）。德国找一个类似大小的房子，没有
700欧元也很难拿下来。 |

发帖数: 1 | 36 2002年春节刚过，我就踏上了去往南半球的旅程，目的地就是新西兰基督城
第一次坐飞机，就是12000多公里，18个小时的旅程，到奥克兰下了飞机，感觉整个人
都是软的
刚来新西兰留学的学生都要住在homestay家里，说是便于快速适应新西兰当地生活及提
高语言水平，可我的homestay，男主人是马来西亚华人，女主人是日本人，我在家里根
本不需要说英语，而且家里也从来不吃西餐，不是面条就是米饭，菜都是中式或日式的
，一点不适应的感觉都没有。
真正吃到地道的当地饭，是来了快一周以后，女主人有事要去外地两天，午饭需要我自
己解决，每天20块钱（纽币）标准，中午放了学，和一个北京的哥们一起去了学校的食
堂，发现原来20块钱可以吃的非常好了，我选了一个类似于subway的大三明治，里面的
东西都是自助选的，随便放，15块钱一个，吃的撑死了，从那开始，我就不太爱吃家里
的饭了，经常和女主人要钱吃午饭，不需要她给准备了。
homestay的日子很枯燥，家里有严格的作息时间，每天10点必须回家，11点后不许洗澡
，看电视，早上7点准时就做好早饭叫我起床了，回想一下在国内我也没这么有规律过
