3、这些金融公司还钱的原因是为了给老总高管们发放巨额bonus，刚开始发的时候，民
众反弹，“拿着天文数字bailout，转身就分赃？”，于是这些公司就退还bailout资金
，“多大点事？现在又不是没钱？”底线是，bonus一定是要发的
4、 我个人的私货，如果引进中纪委双规政策，华尔街那些大金融公司的CEO们全部处

如果recovery的加速度一样的话，初始速度不一样，空间尺度会差很远的。

德国老太太要不要再增加这个预算的上限被拒绝后，moody 和fitch踩着点儿跟着s&p对
外放话要downgrade欧洲那一堆国家。而且，fitch第一个下手把5个欧洲银行的信用在
昨天给先贬了。 所以两天来，rumor四溢，谣歌四面，市场一片恐慌，欧洲压力空前。
对此，欧洲央行行长Draphi 有些愤怒。他说，欧洲国家正在试图努力度过这场危机，
可是现在的一些来自外部的压力令人失望。ecbB降低了利息市场不认可；欧盟的5000亿
EFSF的bailout plan市场依旧怀疑。现在一些信用评价公司又威胁要对欧洲各国的国债
降级，这显然是政治力量和政客行为。要降，你也得先降英国。因为英国的赤字在欧洲
最大，国债发行的最多，经济成长速度最慢。为啥不降低英国国债反到要挟要降英国以
外的其它欧洲国家？
另外，那个5000亿的EFSF，我们认为够了。我们说够是因为我们认为现在的问题不要仅

GET只会涨不会跌吧。有rumor说明年的GET会涨到200～250之间。如果是那样的话，今
年买的话立刻就赚了差不多100元。这样涨下去，比其他投资还是要好很多。

款损害了广大股民的利益。前CEO手头居然有12%的股权，当年是多么的风光。但要没有
bailout救了AIG，他的12%现在连厕纸都不如。
如果不是twitter上铺天盖地的骂声，AIG肯定会厚着脸皮一起告美国政府。然后花街各
大米犹公司全部加入，最后搞出一个class action against US government。 |
