If you want a bread maker that makes a standard shaped loaf (not that odd
square thing with the rounded end like most cheap bread makers) this is one
of the very few that can do it.
This is a *great* machine, the ONLY machine that King Arthur Flour
recommends! They say this machine kneads dough better than any machine on
the market. They use them in their own test kitchen. Can't get a better
recommendation than that.

针对多伦多和约克郡多间华人店被查出售卖不合格的鸡蛋，相关部门向消费者提供了辨别鸡蛋优劣的窍门。
华盛集团的东主李贵先表示，可通过四个步骤辨别鸡蛋的好坏︰首先看外观，优质鸡蛋外壳干净，色泽鲜明但没有光泽，腐败的鸡蛋蛋壳较粗糙;用手摇一摇，新鲜的鸡蛋没有晃荡的声音;对着光照看，蛋黄和蛋白分明的鸡蛋新鲜，而不新鲜的鸡蛋色暗，有深色的乌斑，有些还有细微裂痕;对着鸡蛋哈一口气，之后闻一闻，好的鸡蛋带有轻微生石灰的味道。
多伦多卫生局食品安全检查部门经理陈德明表示，去超市购买鸡蛋，看到蛋壳破裂的就不要购买，对消费者安全不会造成太大困扰。但若用劣质鸡蛋制成蛋成品，如糕点或者餐馆的菜肴，普通市民会就很难做出辨别，只能由政府质检部门通过检测查出。

安省自然资源厅多联同伦多和约克区公共卫生部门近日在大多区检获逾万只不合格鸡蛋，有华裔「鸡蛋佬」把不合格的鸡蛋(Ungraded Egg)用货车载到华人超市、肉食店、餐馆和面包店前出售，至少有6间华裔超市和店号将会被票控。
据环球电视台(Global TV)的报道，有一名驾驶未有标记的白色大型货车(Cube Van)每周定时开车到这些华人商号店前，以15打鸡蛋售23元的超低价，吸引商号东主购买这些不合格的鸡蛋。

written yet. The judge in Hostess’s bankruptcy case has directed the
company and its second largest union, the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco
Workers and Grain Millers International Union, to private mediation. The
company announced last week that it was shutting down due to a crippling
