霸主。
从2003年到2015年，美国在医疗服务、高等教育、版税和支付处理等服务领域的贸易顺
差增长了近五倍，达到2,633亿美元。
然而，此后增长陷入停滞。2019年前九个月，服务出口几乎没有增长，而进口增长了5.
5%。截至9月底，美国服务业贸易顺差为1,785亿美元，较上年同期下降10%，有可能出
现2003年以来的最大年度降幅。
服务业出口的疲软可能反映了一些周期性因素的影响，如美元走强和外国经济放缓。但
经济学家表示，很难将贸易顺差的下降完全归咎于这些问题。他们指出，其他因素——
一些是政治因素，另一些则是结构性因素——正在拖累出口，同时促使美国消费者和企
