加拿大支持美国对华征收钢铁和铝制品反倾销税或将无限推期推迟中加自贸区谈判。俄
罗斯科学院美加所专家 叶琳娜·克姆科娃在接受卫星通讯社采访时这样指出。她对加
拿大总理 贾斯廷·特鲁多有关加拿大将采取行动、防止廉价钢铁和铝制品进入北美市
场的声明也进行了评论。美国以最后通牒的口吻强迫加拿大就此问题亦步亦趋正给中加
经济关系带来阴影。专家这样认为。
美国总统特朗普在进口钢、铝征税问题上给加拿大"开了绿灯"。征税措施首先涉及的是
中国、韩国和欧盟国家。但对加拿大的"例外"也仅执行到5月1日。美国政府给延长此期
限开出的条件是，看美国、加拿大和墨西哥在北美自贸区谈判将走向何方。加拿大进口
的钢铝不应进入美国市场，如果加方破坏这一条件，那么美国将立刻对其实施针对中国
那样的关税。
