目前在一家大IT公司，虽然公司律师负责全部h1b的paper work，但看到版面上有朋友
提到，有时候律师会犯低级错误，导致h1b悲剧。建议去follow on一下。，
这儿请教一下大家，怎么和律师去follow on呢？去做简单的name check还是要求看
petition letter？
PS。目前公司用的是https://www.balglobal.com/这家公司，大家有了解的吗，靠谱吗。

Balglobal. 我当年入职一个月内，perm就交上去了。广告是我入职前就打了。
handle我的case的律师(姓Lee)也非常responsive,我有次有个出入境visa
问题打电话给他，他几句话言简意赅就解答了，看得出对业务很懂行，
而且负责。

我公司的事务所也是balglobal。 但是我的H1B申请材料交给他们后两个月都没动静，
加上印度老板一直跟我说我的H1B申请时间会很长要有心理准备，我觉得老板可能故意
打过招呼让他们拖延。 |

现在这个大家听过吗? Berry Appleman & Leiden (BAL) http://www.balglobal.com/
公司immigration team给出的理由竟然是这个新的律所有个线上系统可以查各个case的
状态，而再不用发email问题，我晕倒！这系统不个cs的高中生就能做出来的吗？
不管怎样，需要注意什么吗？很担心因为新律师的关系弄错东西填错信息等等拖延了4
月1日的睇表啊！求指点迷津 |
