会RNA的电荷被中和了跑不动啊？30kD用4%的胶应该肯定能跑进去没问题。
而且为什么你的sample不管是upper band还是bottom band，看起来从左到右都有增加
的趋势？我没做过同位素标记的胶，不知道是不是曝光或者聚焦哪里有不对还是怎么回

我平时run cold RNA都是用这个buffer system没出过问题，不过平时用的gel都是
10％ premade gel，room temperature，还是有点不太一样。
upper band有增加我觉得是complex增加的缘故（不考虑极高background的话能fit出
Kd-_-），bottom band确实不应该，我也不知为啥。。。 |

我上次去逛mall，经过一个jewelry store，进去试band，那个sales 死命的向我推荐
这种5-stone 的，可是我怎么看怎么觉得不搭，宽度至少顶我的e-ring 的2-3 倍了，
那几颗小钻放在我的钻下面，显得特别的busy，看着不舒服。现在想想，即使只有那么
个band， 也会显得太宽了。当然可能是因为我之前没有戴过戒指，不习惯手上突然多

所以就管那玩意叫maximum torque band了
实际上NA引擎就像我前面说的,你就算各种可变timing, duration, lift等等,
也很难全部维持最高输出.能在比较大范围维持90%已经算很好的水准啦
可以去找找一些典型NA发动机的工况图参考下:D
